"A very unsafe boot" 9/10/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 5150 Squadron Snowboard Boots
  • Pros:  Inexpensive,
  • Cons:  Lace lock is useless,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10
  • Boot Size:  9.5

Experience:   Don't buy these. Spend a little more and get something that actually functions as a boot. The inners' lace lock slides no matter what you do resulting in the tongue sliding around off of your shin. You then have no heal control and little to no toe control. Others have mentioned this issue.

  • Name: 5150 Squadron Snowboard Boots

  • Cons:  Doesnt keep tight for too long, A bit loose at top,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  11
  • Boot Size:  11

Experience:   These boots are pretty good, they give good support and are great all around. However, after a while on the mountain the inner lining was loosening and i had to re-tie it when i wanted to stay on the slopes.

  • Name: 5150 Squadron Snowboard Boots
  • Pros:  Fit Great, Warm,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10
  • Boot Size:  10

Experience:   These boots are pretty good for the price, they are true to their size, hold your foot in place really good, and are very warm. So far, I'd recommend them to a friend, and I'd probably buy another pair. No complaints so far!

"Nice boots" 12/5/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 5150 Squadron Snowboard Boots
  • Pros:  Good quality, No Heel lift,
  • Cons:  Smaller size,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  14
  • Boot Size:  15

Experience:   These boots are really nice but they were a little too snug in the length for me so I had to send them back. All in all the boot itself looked great, responded well but ran a little too small for my comfort.

"Comfy boot" 1/20/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 5150 Squadron Snowboard Boots
  • Pros:  comfortable, inexpensive, bang for your buck
  • Cons:  hard to get on,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  8
  • Boot Size:  8.5

Experience:   I reccomend this boot to anyone who isn't wanting to spend a ton of money. They are comfortable and from what I've experienced, they hold up very well. They are just a tad wide and you might have to adjust your bindings a little to make them fit the best. All in all, good boots.
