Likes: Academy puts out good boards out there. It's not the most famous brand, but its boards provide solid performance at a great price. I would recommend to my friends.

Likes: propaganda and rhythm are the only boards i have ridden from this company but both felt awesome in the park. i now just ride the propaganda but occasionly take out my rhythm for some mad fun jiibs. awesome designs too

Likes: Academy is a solid little company all around. It reminds me of companies like rome or capita. You got quality designs/innovation and you have the perfect price point. Academy can stand up to the major brands without all the hype. I got a chance to demo their new reverse camber board, and I gotta say that it's up their with the skate banana! It hits lips really well and is very easy to land airs, gaps, and such. They make a lot of boards, one for every kind of riding, and they look really good!

Likes: Academy has simple and modest snowboards. They are good for entry-level boarders and up. Good flex, forgiving, and good edge hold. Wide selection gives good options.
Dislikes: The price is total bs. Not worth it compared for the mediocre performance.

Likes: Academy is now in their seventh season and this year's collection of snowboards features only the finest shapes and designs including the Rhythm, Merit and Chad Otterstrom. In this short time their design team boasts 6 top 10 Transworld board test awards and they have again raised the bar on design and quality control. They strive to make the best possible snowboards for riders who want not only style and function but durability as well. I love this brand and will tell people that this brand is one of the best.

Likes: I used one of my friends academy boards and i liked it pretty well. Not as good for park as a rome board or burton board but it was a nice board.

Likes: Academy is a smaller company, but nevertheless makes GREAT boards. if you're looking to be unique on the mountain....then this might be a good brand to look at.
