Likes: A great 2nd option to RED helmets in my opinion. When i skate i use a Bern helmet. It's comfortable and light... and so far has saved me from a few bumps.

Dislikes: Sizing is a bit off. Tends to run big. Not a big dislike, but if i had known that i would have compensated.

Likes: Great quality Helmets that won't break the bank. Tend to be on the heavier side for the lower to mid end models. Haven't tried the top end ones so not sure if they are much lighter. They do feel solid however and a flimsy helmet would be useless :P

Likes: relatively new brand,l think 4 yrs since conception if l'm not wrong but l think they have made their presence known at my local. Relatively sleak design and simple. cheaper than most brand with similar style

Dislikes: when l bought my baker helmet. it was missing the liner. since l was in canada and bought this in the states, l had some problem with getting the liner. in the end got it but took 4 days of back and forth discussion

Likes: my helmet was missing a liner, so l had to contact them. usually the liner cost 30$ and obviously l didnt want to fork that over nor the hsipping to return. manage to contact their division and get a free liner. very happy about that. although it took some convincing that they were missing the liner (picture)

Dislikes: not the slickest design, they all actualyl look the same. if you catch something in the liner it will make it fuzzy and uncomfortable

Nothing is compromised. You get a great looking helmet, keeps your head and ears warm and to top it all off, you got the safety aspect. I own the bern macon and have never said so many great things about a helmet. Much better then my smith and red ones. Therefore, its a great brand with many alot of innovative features and designs.

Likes: Bern is a new and upcoming brand that is getting into the helmet game. Already that have set very high standards for themselves in "low profile" helmets. They are very popular with a lot of people, and fit very well. I own the "Watts" helmet, and i've have hit trees in the backcountry before and hardly felt it. They have an extra layer of cushion under the shell that makes the fall very forgiving. Great helmets and great style! Well done bern!

Dislikes: A bit steep when it comes to pricing.... :(
