"Great basic small tool" 3/9/2009
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton AL 1 Tool
  • Pros:  Does what it does, small and light weight, bottle opener is a HUGE plus!
  • Cons:  Mine came with a little bit of rust on it..... maybe it's been on the shelf for a while... but I hope it's just mine..

Experience:   Put in on my side pocket and forgotten I even had it, so it's not heavy at all, beats out the Dakine's because you don't have to switch the screw driver head and stuff.

"handy man" 9/8/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton AL 1 Tool
  • Pros:  durable, light, compact, handy, bottle opener,

Experience:   this thing saved me from waiting in line for the tuning station many times. that itself is well worth the money. is very light and compact, forgot that i had it on me a few times. it's been very durable considering i have been using it since the beginning of 2008 with bout 150 days of riding. starting at the end of last season (2011) there's a little rust and the bolts on the side comes loose every once in a while but no big deal. a little cleaning and tightening got it back to almost new. there's also a bottle opener, didn't realize it till i used it for a season.

"handy tool" 1/21/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton AL 1 Tool
  • Pros:  compact,

Experience:   i bought this a while ago but it came with stomp pad studs. the tool though is actually very good but only has a couple different bits to screw in with but that really doesnt matter because there is a phillips head which is pretty much all you need.

"Al 1" 10/7/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton AL 1 Tool
  • Pros:  High quality, small, simple,
  • Cons:  Sharp,

Experience:   Picked this up a while back because it looks sweet. It's all metal, super durable and high quality. It's perfect size too. Not too small to actually use to service board and bindings, but not too big to look like you're too happy when it's in your pocket. When using bare hand it can pinch and be a little sharp.
