"pretty good, but still gets wet" 4/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Approach
  • Pros:  not as bulky as other overgloves, awesome colors,
  • Cons:  gets wet after a while,

Experience:   I got these gloves from a local shop. It's pretty good, but water starts seeping in at the end of an 8 hour day on the mountain. It's very durable though - I abuse my gloves and there's barely a scratch on them yet.

  • Name: Burton Approach
  • Pros:  Cheap, Kept me dry,
  • Cons:  Not stylish,

Experience:   Long story short - cheap gloves that did its job. Nothing fancy about it. It's cheap and it kept me dry. Served well for a temporary gloves. Bought the gloves size XS. Fit me just fine (5'2, 100lbs).

"Good Glove" 12/29/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Approach
  • Pros:  Affordable, Warm,
  • Cons:  None,

Experience:   I love this glove. Perfect warmth for most days and very comfortable. I would recommend this glove to anybody. Only drawback is that on really cold days my fingers get a little cold. This glove stays pretty dry here in the Colorado snow. Might be an issues in wetter conditions but is perfect for me.

"Great Gloves" 4/4/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Approach
  • Pros:  Versatile, Warm, durable
  • Cons:  could be a bit more breathable,

Experience:   These gloves are great for all sorts of different weather. Anywhere from Spring time to whiteouts. I would warn that if it is warm you might want a thin liner glove on so that you don't sweat too much in the glove. Other than that it is a great glove to have in all conditions. The ones I have came with fleece liners which is great for warmth and if you are to warm just take those off and you just have the shell.

"Warm and Dry" 3/3/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton Approach
  • Pros:  Keeps Hands Dry, Keeps Hands Warm,

Experience:   My wife just bought and used these gloves in Utah and she loves them. They kept her hands warm and completely dry throughout a 6 hour ski session. Plus she was skiing in a little snow storm, so that testifies to the quality of the product.

"Good, not great thought..." 1/27/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Approach
  • Pros:  well designed (inner/outershell glove), wrist leashes are very practical, nice looking
  • Cons:  not great at very low temperature, some of the fabrics used are not very resistant , durability

Experience:   I really love the way the glove is designed, I find that having an inner fleece glove is a good idea and the wrist leaches are very practical. I'm questionning the choice of the fabrics used, not very resistant in some cases. They tend to get stiff at very low temperature and fingertips lack heat.

"Good for Price" 1/26/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Approach
  • Pros:  Sturdy Palm, Not the best but pretty warm,
  • Cons:  Bit Bulky,

Experience:   I got these as a christmas gift to replace some old swany gloves I had. They seem like a pretty good price considering I find these to be better gloves than the old 100 dollar pair I had. My hands get cold pretty easy and these have been good. I have to put liners on when it dips below 15 or so degrees. Major issue is that without liners on the pinky seems a big too long an bulky. Used them over Martin Luther King Weekend three days in a row and water soaked through but not unbearable

"GLOVES" 1/16/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Approach
  • Pros:  Cheap,
  • Cons:  Not so warm, Fall apart,

Experience:   Ok gloves if you use them a couple of times a year, but won't last more than a season if you use them every day. The fingers wear out from carrying your board. Also, not warm enough for the really cold days.
