Burton C60

Sierra Says: The C60 is a stiff and aggressive binding for the advanced rider. Most of the performance is derived from the generous supply of carbon fiber found throughout all the major components of this binding. The Dual-Component Canted Living Hinge Carbon Frame Hi-Back uses ergonomic torsion forks to create an intricate blend of strength and weightlessness, producing an ultra-responsive feel. The Baseplate of this binding is a single-component Carbon Fiber/Nylon mix, also adding response while subtracting unnecessary weight. Add in some super comfy straps and a ton of adjustments and you have the industry's premier performance binding.

Burton Says: We've never been fired from a cannon, so we can only speculate that riding the C60 feels similar. Crazy light and ultra-responsive, this carbon concoction perfectly mirrors the explosiveness of riders like Nicolas Muller. Air-infused straps join a full line-up of cushioning, including the NEW FullBed system, to offer a seemingly contradictory blend of all-day comfort and high-caliber control.

"Burton C60" 2/25/2010
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton C60
  • Pros:  Lightweight, super comfy, very durable,, extremely stiff, extremely responsive,, easy adjust, great straps, boot hold
  • Flex:  stiff

Experience:   I love these bindings. Nothing even comes close to the C60s for being my everyday binding. Ultra responsive and ultra stiff (Burton doesnt make anything stiffer or more responsive) and extremely lightweight. I love pairing these up with my custom x and just shredding up everywhere, backcountry or park. These are very comfy, and can stomp any landing or carve down any line. They have the most responsive highbacks i have ever ridden, but these are for advanced riders only. If you dont have good control on a snowboard or have no idea what you are doing, these things can toss you around. These are my favorite bindings, and it will be very hard for anything else to come close.

"awesome product " 12/1/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton C60
  • Pros:  super flexible , control , smooth ratchets
  • Cons:  the foam wore out and is starting to rip in spots , they are costly ,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   i am an all mountain rider but i spend most of my time in the trees and parks. the only bad thing i can say about these binding is the foam on mine started to tear and show some signs of wear after only 15 times up to the mountain. but other than that these are amazing if you are looking for flexibility control and comfort these are a great binding for you. they are every Burton says they are!

"How to connect your boots to your board" 6/1/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton C60
  • Pros:  Light weight, Solid as a rock, Look awesome
  • Cons:  None,
  • Flex:  stiff

Experience:   This bindings provide a rock solid unforgiving connection between your boots and your board, which is exactly what I am looking for in a binding. Fortunately they are also light weight due to the carbon fiber and are well cushioned so that they are also comfortable during long sessions.

"Stiffy!!" 4/20/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton C60
  • Pros:  Light, Stiff, Very Responsive
  • Cons:  Expensive?,
  • Flex:  stiff

Experience:   These bindings are wicked. The C60s are super responsive, stiff and lightweight so it can be used for everyday boarding. They're also super durable. These bindings are more suited for advanced riders as they are quite responsive and incredibly stiff so if you don't have the control on your board these bindings aren't too forgiving. The best bindings you'll ever get for shredding the mountain

"Stiff, Responsive, Light, what more do you want?" 4/5/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton C60
  • Pros:  light, reponsive, stiff
  • Flex:  stiff

Experience:   If you consider yourself an aggressive rider, you owe these bindings to yourself. Burton doesn't make anything stiffer or more responsive than C60s. These are very comfy, and can stomp any landing or carve down any line. Definitely not a beginner bindings but advanced riders will be able to benefit from these.

Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton C60
  • Pros:  stiff,
  • Cons:  expensive, too stiff for me,
  • Flex:  stiff

Experience:   had these on my custom x. replaced my co2's. theyre stiffer than co2 and more expensive. i really dont like them, theyre a tad too stiff IMO. love cartels and i will find another pair of co2's because theyre perfect. the c60 just isnt woth it unless you want an overly stiff binding.
