"Great for School!" 9/7/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton Distortion Pack
  • Pros:  Plenty of storage space, Looks good,

Experience:   I used this bag for school and it held up well. It has plenty of storage space and it fairly comfortable. I have yet to use it on the mountain but I'm sure it would do just fine. The material feels like it would keep everything dry. A great all around pack!

"Good Backpack" 1/12/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton Distortion Pack
  • Pros:  Comfortable., Size is not an issue.,
  • Cons:  Instead of velcro maybe a buckle,

Experience:   I have this backpack and used it during snowboarding. This backpack is very nice and is comfortable. Never tried putting my snowboard on the velcro straps because i have the fear it might fall.

"Keeps Your $#*! Inside." 12/2/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Distortion Pack
  • Pros:  Durable, Lots of Space, Convenient pocket layout
  • Cons:  No hydration system (Not a valid complaint), No ice pick holder (Not a valid complaint),

Experience:   I bought this pack because I didn't already have one and I felt I should have a place to keep my stuff while riding instead of cramming it all inside my jacket. So far it has worked very well, it has lots of different sized pockets for various things you might need while riding. The pack seems durable and secure. The pack has one chest strap that helps keep it on in case of a crash, other packs I've seen have two straps (one across the chest and one around the waist area) but I don't know how much of a difference this would make. I feel this pack has a real functionality to it because it has the essential features of a backpack but leaves out some of the more luxurious features. Since I only ride resorts I don't feel I need alot of other features like an ice pick holder or even a hydration system. I can't imagine I would ever need an ice pick at the little resort I ride and If I'm going to take a drink it would be either while I'm in the chalet or if I'm taking a break on the hill and in that case I usually have a bottle of water or something, a hydration pack could be somewhat usefull but I don't feel I would use it enough to justify buying a pack that has one. So if you ride resorts and need a good durable backpack to keep your beanie babies safe while you're riding I highly recommend this backpack for its functional space saving design. Thanks for reading!

"Great, Practical Bag" 11/3/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Distortion Pack
  • Pros:  Waterpoof, Simple, Practical
  • Cons:  Pattern is ok,

Experience:   I picked up this bag on sale, and it has held up very well. It is waterproof and durable, and has a nice simplistic design. It is a little small, but since it's also useful as a bookback, that works out well. Great value for the price.

"Fits it all" 11/29/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Distortion Pack
  • Pros:  So many pockets you can't fill them all, Solid straps and construction, Even loaded it feels comfy
  • Cons:  No key hook,

Experience:   I've used this bag for anything and everything. First it was my photo bag holding 15lbs of gear/laptop, and now is my dedicated snowboarding bag. It keeps everything I could need for a full day and then some! If you fully load it, it can be slightly bulky but if you want it with you, this bag will carry it!

"Great Bag" 11/3/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton Distortion Pack
  • Pros:  Roomy, Lots of compartments, Cute design

Experience:   I have used this backpack for several trips and love it. It has has a cute design/pattern, and is very functional. A very spacious main compartment, as well as lots of individual smaller pockets on the outside...the best of both worlds. Made of very light and thin material, but has held up well. Would definately buy again.

"So so" 2/16/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Distortion Pack
  • Pros:  Cheap, Strong, Big
  • Cons:  Barely fit my 15.4 inch laptop, unless pockets, need more useful pockets

Experience:   its cheap, semi well made, big. The graphic makes it hard to use for everyday. Lots of small pockets which is kind of useless. the bigger 2 pockets in the front are blocked by the straps. This leave only the big one. So it is kind of hard to place the smaller items. The pockets in front.. i could put pens or mp3 player or phone in there.. but the pockets are so exposed, the items in there could get crashed easily. Good to put cloth... snowboarding wear in here. but not good for everyday use
