"Better for Big boots" 11/14/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton Emblem
  • Pros:  thick and insulating, Tight fit to legs for no sliding, Durable/tough material (for a sock)
  • Cons:  for oversized boots? (doesnt say),
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Fits well, made for boots that are a little big on you

Experience:   I got these socks last year and used them on my trip to CO. I was told while out there that the thicker socks (such as these ones) are typically purchased if you are having comfort issues with your boot or they are oversized to your foot and you want a tighter feel. After hearing that I did end up purchasing some thinner since my feet fit my boots well already. I'm not saying they are a bad sock in the least, just be careful because they make a boot fit pretty snug....

"Warm Socks!" 12/4/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Emblem
  • Pros:  Warm, unrestricting, Excellent Brand Name
  • Cons:  None,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Warm unrestricting fit

Experience:   I wore these socks out shredding and had to go out to buy a few more pair i loved em so much. They keep your feet warm without being too thick in your boot. If you happen to sweat so much you soak these socks, dont worry... hang em up and they are dry within 15 mins.

"GOT TO GET ONE OF THESE MUST" 11/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Emblem
  • Pros:  Long, warm, soft, ,
  • Cons:  none,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  This socks fits like bolt and nut...

Experience:   I used to wear just white socks but after riding all day it have me like sock line marks on my legs and they kinna hurt... so i went and bought one of these burton stocks and guess what they do their jobs... one thing I like about it is that they are long so it come just below your knees which make it more comfortible (leaving no sock marks) cuz socks marks on you skin sucks.. but after buying one of these pairs i would never go back to white socks when i am riding snowboard

"Good pair of socks" 11/28/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Emblem
  • Pros:  Good padding, Moisture wicking,
  • Cons:  A little tight on calf,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Pretty good around my feet, a little tight on my calf

Experience:   These are a pretty good pair of socks. Good cushion around the toes and heels. My only complaint is that having them pulled all the way up, the cuff is really tight around my calf. Not sure if it's just me but the top of the sock wasn't quite stretchy enough and got a little sore on my leg.

"A nice simple sock" 11/11/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Emblem
  • Pros:  Nice and warm, not too thick,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  The fit's about right

Experience:   Nothing's more important when snowboarding than the way your feet feel - as sore, blistered, or cold feet can ruin your day. These'll do nicely in ensuring your feet stay warm, and Burton's design helps to stop their socks bunching up. The fit's about fight, but if you like them really snug, get the next size down - after all, they do stretch.

"PERFECTION IN A SOCK" 1/28/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Emblem
  • Pros:  warm, comfy, tight
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  they are tight but not too tight

Experience:   These socks are sick. They are great, worth every $$. I bought two pairs when they were like $5 a pair. They are a little harder than my other boarding socks to get on, but once they are on they're super comfy. BUY THEM

"#1 for a Reason" 1/4/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Emblem
  • Pros:  Keeps feet warm & dry,
  • Cons:  None,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Tighter around the arch, ankle, & calf for a better fit

Experience:   With some socks, you have to worry about it moving around on you while riding, but not with the Emblem. I don't think I had to adjust them once, while I was boarding. Burton makes the Emblem hug your feet with added support in the arch, ankle, and calf area. Overall, you will be very happy with these on your feet.
