"No more sweat!" 10/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Expedition Thermal Pants
  • Pros:  Warm, Ordor free, comfortable, no sweat,
  • Cons:  little loose at waste,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  S
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Snug at bottom, loose on top

Experience:   After owning one of these, Its a must have everytime I ride. Before I was wearing just a cotton shirt under my jacket, which was a bad idea. This thermal pant helps you keep dry and warm all day, sweat is one of the key factor that keeps your cold. The fit of this thermal was a bit snug at the bottom, however, overtime they are perfect. Not to baggy or TOO snug. This thermal is a must have whenever you are out riding. Trust me, it is so much more comfortable and warm.

Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Expedition Thermal Pants
  • Pros:  Warm, Comfortable, Soft, Breathable,
  • Cons:  None,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Perfect Fit

Experience:   These thermal pants are the perfect baselayer. They fit perfect and are warm without being too warm. They are so comfortable you don't even realize your wearing them. These are perfect for 20-30 degree days. Colder days(below 20 degrees) I prefer the Burton Ak Exp Pant.

"Comfiest pants, ever." 12/31/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Expedition Thermal Pants
  • Pros:  Texture, Warmth,
  • Cons:  Spendy at full price,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Just right. Like the silkweight, but slightly looser.

Experience:   Undoubtedly the most comfortable pants I've ever worn. I never want to take them off. Ever. I loathe the coming of spring and summer, because it means I won't be able to wear them anymore. Every moment spent not wearing these is a precious moment lost forever. Also, they're fairly warm but not overly so.

"Awesome pants for a good base layer." 3/31/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Expedition Thermal Pants
  • Pros:  They fit perfect; crotch doesn't get cramped, ankles are snug enough to fit in boots without bunching, not too loose on the legs or waist. Very warm and with wicking to help keep you dry.

Experience:   Semi-expensive, but a good base layer like this is worth the sale price.

"Warm base layer yet very light!" 3/13/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Expedition Thermal Pants
  • Pros:  These are probably the warmest, softest pair of base layer pants I have ever worn. More fascinating is the fact that it feels nearly weightless. Very odor resistant as I sweat a lot and it still doesnt smell! Furthermore, my ankles don't chafe when wearing this base layer--very important since I like to wear my boots tight to eliminate heel lift.
  • Cons:  may be a bit pricey, but then again similar products sell at the same range

Experience:   Definitely an upgrade from my Wal-Mart brand sweatpants
