"tight fit" 12/28/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Freestyle Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  great fit,
  • Cons:  tough to release,
  • Shoe Size:  6.5
  • Boot Size:  6

Experience:   these were my first boots for about 2 seasons. the boots were initially tight and i had difficulty getting my feet in and out. this is even after breaking them in. eventually though the glue started to give near the toe at the sole. i never had water actually go in since i blocked it with a hot glue gun. but i decided a new boot was in order.

"Your foot will thank you!" 6/3/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Freestyle Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  comfortable and forgiving, inexpensive, very well build
  • Cons:  heel slip: easy fix add a velcro to liner,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  soft
  • Shoe Size:  9
  • Boot Size:  9

Experience:   I ordered this boots online from TruSnow last season--best choice I ever made. The boots are very comfortable and forgiving because at the end of the day I notice my foot wasn't so sore after a long day of riding. The only problem I experience with these boots is heel slip, but you can remedy this problem by adding a Velcro strap to the liner.

"not a fan" 1/25/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Freestyle Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  warm, durable,
  • Cons:  hurt my feet, heel kept slipping up, hard to tie
  • Fit:  soft
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10
  • Boot Size:  10.5

Experience:   i borrowed these boots from a friend who only used these boots twice. when i put them on, i thought they fit alright, but once it was my third time down the mountain my feet started to hurt; mostly my arches. when i had to readjust my boot, i had a hard time tying them up again. doing toe side carves hurt too because my heel kept lifting up. overall i didn't really enjoy my snowboard session with these boots. maybe i have weird feet because I am flat footed and i have wide feet, but for me, these boots didn't cut it.

"Decent Boots for Beginners" 1/12/2011

  • Name: Burton Freestyle Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  Cheap, comfortable, build quality
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  11
  • Boot Size:  11

Experience:   I personally liked these boots, they were the first pair that I got for my snowboard. they are relatively soft compared to my 32 boots, which have pros and cons, such as actually getting my foot inside the boots. Great as a pair of first boots for the user with less funds.

Experience:   good boot. it might just be my foot but there is a few pressure spots for me. overall these boots are great but for some reason I just cant wear them because of how they fit my foot... should have tried them on first (as with any boot)

"Light and Warm." 11/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Freestyle Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  Light. Warm. Solid.,
  • Cons:  not yet,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10.5
  • Boot Size:  11

Experience:   As a freerider i need a universal boot and this does the trick. Very very light which I love. And it is warm which I need. They are nice and strong but not too solid. Plus you only need to tie them once.

  • Name: Burton Freestyle Snowboard Boots Women's
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Style ,
  • Cons:  Broke in too fast,

Experience:   I rode this boot for 2 seasons and loved them. They just broke in too fast and packed out. But for the price you can't go wrong. They are supper comfortable and supportive without being too stiff.

"Freestyle" 11/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Freestyle Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  Wicked comfy, Lace up,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  11.5
  • Boot Size:  12

Experience:   Just ordered these boots at a great sale price, better than any of the new boots I've tried on in stores...newer burton boots got rid of the lace up design, and now use the pull ties... while those may be faster, after a ride or two you'll be constantly retightening... with the laces though, you'll hardly have to readjust if you tie them right.
