  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under Mittens Men's
  • Pros:  very warm, comfy, better waterproof
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   I just recently switched to mittens and im glad i chose these because they keep your hands toasty so you can shred the mountain all day! The gore-tex material really works and i definitely recommend these mittens to any park rider

"Good Stuff" 1/19/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under Mittens Men's
  • Pros:  Waterproof, Warm, Durable
  • Cons:  Liner, Sizing,

Experience:   These mittens are nice, while the glove may be wet on the surface your hands stay dry on the inside with the goretex. I have the 2009 model, the sizing ran small and I can't wear the liner under the mitt cause the fit is too tight. The mittens are warm enough in any temps without the liners and the hand warmer pocket is there for those extremely cold days, i use the liner as an everyday glove around town. I paid like $20 bucks for these things back when this site was sierrasnow but I doubt you'll be so lucky...The burton goretex pipe glove is also choice for the warmer days

"These mittens are so warm!!!" 1/17/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under Mittens Men's
  • Pros:  warm, waterproof , never get cold
  • Cons:  get dirty somewhat easily, somewhat expensive,

Experience:   these mitts are so warm, look great, and are very waterproof. They are a little expensive but are so worth it and you get two things for one price. The under mitts are great for whipping of your goggles and texting on the ski lift.

"I love mittens." 12/16/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under Mittens Men's
  • Pros:  fingers can snuggle.,
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   Mittens let your fingers snuggle, and if you're one of those people who insist on having fingers to use, you only have to take your hands out for a moment and then you can put them back in and they are toasty warm again.

"Mittens are the way to go for Cold Hands" 12/11/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under Mittens Men's
  • Pros:  warm, can vary with insert, repel water well
  • Cons:  limited dexterity ,

Experience:   Mittens are easily the warmest way to go with regards to things to keep the hands warm. while mittens dont give you as much dexterity, they do keep the warmth in much better than gloves. by having all your fingers together if compounds the heat that your hands give off much better. if you are warm blooded and like having dexterity, but if you freeze your hands off every time you go to the mountain, get the mittens.

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under Mittens Men's

"GORE-TEX® " 12/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under Mittens Men's
  • Pros:  Warm, comfy,

Experience:   Quality mitten. I have nothing negative to say about it. Can be used in pretty much any weather (varying with liner usage). I have smaller hands, but a medium fits me perfect. These things are durable, and have pretty much every feature I'd want in a glove.

"Burton Under Mittens" 11/22/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under Mittens Men's
  • Pros:  Warm, Free Insert, Fits under sleeves
  • Cons:  Insert is a glove, Sometimes too warm, Limited dexterity

Experience:   I've suffered with cold hands ever since I started. I first had some Dakine gloves which held up well to wetness but could never keep my digits warm. These mittens are amazing. Not only do they repel water with Gore-Tex but they keep my hands nice and warm. Sometimes I don't were the insert because it would get too warm. Also, when its early in the season or late spring, I'll just wear the gloves without the mittens. This is a must if you are always suffering from frigid fingers.
