Helpful Review?   (3) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex
  • Pros:  waterproof, quality,
  • Cons:  too small,

Experience:   i received these in the mail today, at first i was really pleased on quality and the look of them. And then i tried them on; they are very contricting when you use the liners. as mentioned before, order a size up or dont use the liners.

":-/ I mean its goretex so..." 9/28/2009
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex
  • Pros:  waterproof, looks decent nothing special, PRICE for goretex
  • Cons:  Inside liner glove,

Experience:   The gloves run small. The inside liner glove feels horrible and I'm never going to wear it again. I doubt the warmth of this glove seems pretty thin. I did put the glove on and went and put my hand under running water. 100% water proof, which was cool. The gloves are 20 bucks so can't be to mad.

"Burton Gore Tex Glove (Men's)" 4/14/2009
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex
  • Pros:  seems warm and it's goretex which is a plus nice looking glove
  • Cons:  fits fine without the liners but once you put the liners in, they are way too tight so when you size it, you have to assume you either will always wear the liner or never wear it

"Run small" 4/4/2009
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex
  • Pros:  Gore Tex. Great price. Wrist straps work great. Warm.
  • Cons:  Run small, hard to put on at first.

Experience:   These gloves run small, I don't even bother using the liners. The wrist straps are easy to use. The finger tips could have a better feel to them. They keep my hands warm and were a good buy for the price.

"Good Pair" 3/5/2009
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex
  • Pros:  Extremely warm, two separate layers, easy strap in, completely waterproof
  • Cons:  A bight on the tight side... maybe they need to be broken in? It is also a bit tough removing the two layers at the same time but easy to pull the outter glove from the inner one.

"Hmm....." 6/4/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex
  • Pros:  great features, seems solid,
  • Cons:  gloretex insert abit of a tight fit,

Experience:   I bought xs. It's warm, has the pockets, seems solid (yet to test on field, but I would assume that it fairs better than lesser unknown brands). Problem is I struggle to fit in the glove when I'm wearing the inset as well.

Comments & Questions

kazmataz
gloves are warm on at the snow, it's dry altho at one stage (3rd day) they got a bit wet at the end of the day....dried easily overnight in time for the next day....I didn't bother wearing the goretex insert.....didn't really need to...and they get wet in the snow as well
