"Warmer than the glove" 9/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under
  • Pros:  Pretty warm, Nice built, Came with liners
  • Cons:  Liners didnt help much, Still kinda cold,

Experience:   Lost my gor tex gloves so i got the mitt. it is warmer, and the liners help a tad. but its still kinda cold. i wish they would make it a bit thicker. And its kinda hard or maybe im just not used to it but its harder to unzip things etc...

"Good but not great..." 5/7/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under
  • Pros:  Under mitts, Look great, Fairly waterproof

Experience:   I'm very picky when it comes to gloves and mittens. I admit that these are good for under mitts. They look great and are pretty waterproof, but if you're riding in coooold weather you should go with a more heavy duty set of over mitts.

"Burton Bore Mitt" 5/10/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under
  • Pros:  Warm - waterproof - durable
  • Cons:  this years mitt fits a bit small and the liner glove is pretty crappy compared to last year's four way stretch liner.

Experience:   Still the best glove - but will use last years liners.

"What a steal" 5/6/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under
  • Pros:  Great deal on Sierra! Hard to go wrong with a gore tex glove that is super warm and keeps you dry!
  • Cons:  The glove lines that come with these are pretty thick and make the mittens run a little small if you are going to use the liners. I'm either running them without the supplied liners or with a lighter weight pair of liners that I already own for colder days

"Warm Mittens." 4/4/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under
  • Pros:  This is my first pair of mittens EVER. I like them, most people complain that they like the feel of having their fingers seperated. It really didn't bother me much, and my hands were VERY warm and dry.

Experience:   I guess I didn't read the description that well, but when I recieved them I was pleasantly surprised to find full fingered gloved inserts inside the mittens which are actually nice gloves.

"Gore Tex Under" 3/5/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Gore Tex Under
  • Pros:  Amazing warmth, comfort, dryness, and durability.
  • Cons:  Slightly difficult getting into.

Experience:   These mittens are an excellent buy. They're warmth, comfort, and dryness are unmatched when it comes to mittens. Also, they're durability is top notch. The only problem I had with them is that they can be difficult to get into since the wrist part is so tight. I guess the good thing about that is that snow will never get into them. These mittens look great, feel great, and have a pouch for hand warmers! You can't go wrong with these. Especially when they're on sale!
