"Burton Infidels" 2/1/2010
Helpful Review?   (3) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Infidel
  • Pros:  Full paded footbed, Winged-hibacks, Heel strap is where its at!
  • Cons:  Toe cap slides off.,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   Really comfortable binding! LOVING the fully paded foot-bed. The heel strap is also real comfy and secures your boot in real nice. I originally bought these bindings for the winged-highbacks, and although I havent yet noticed a significant advantage of these wings (only ridden 2 days) I am super stocked about the rest of this bindings features. Would recommend it, especially for the 195$ since its 30% off at the moment.

"Great Bindings" 7/18/2009
Helpful Review?   (3) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton Infidel
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  Easy in & out, Boot hold, Good construction quality, Comfortable, Well known brand, Popular model, Easy installation
  • Fit:  fits fine

Experience:   I had a chance to demo these at the Burton 2010 US open and let me just say, these bindings are amazing. Burton has changed a bunch of there straps this year and they are much wider at one side giving allot more boot hold. I personally loved these new straps. Another great aspect to these bindings is the new fully padded base. Burton has followed union on this one and with the fully padded base these bindings are very comfy and forgiving on harsh landings. The Wing Backs are also a sick flashback and are super sick. These bindings could be the best park bindings i've ever ridden. I tested them on a bunch of boards (152 and 155 hero, 155 Easy living, and a 157 joystick) the bindings performed great on every board. Just great bindings. I recommend them to everyone

"Best Bindings Ever Made!!!" 1/8/2013
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Burton Infidel
  • Pros:  Comfortable and Responsive, Awesome Flex, Super Supportive
  • Cons:  Toe Strap could be better,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I've rode these bindings for the last 2 season and I just keep loving them more and more. First of all they're super comfortable and ridiculously responsive. They have literally the perfect flex pattern: stiff responsive baseplate, medium-soft tweakable asymmetric ankle strap and medium-stiff winged high back. The winged high backs are sick for presses and also help ride out sketchy backseat landing. The only thing I don't like is the super minimal toe strap, so I switched it to the beefy GettaGrip capstrap. Greatest binding Burton has made since the Cartel. Buy them!!!

"Proud to be an infidel" 1/1/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Infidel
  • Pros:  Great for buttering, Extremely comfortable, Holds your feet in tightly
  • Cons:  toe strap may take some getting used to,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   They clearly were designed to be park bindings, but they handle the whole mountain beautifully. The winged highbacks, toe strap and superstrap make presses and buttering a breeze. they are unbelievably comfortable, and very forgiving. On top of that, the One Love color is sick! i definately recommend these bindings 100%

"amazing" 3/1/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Infidel
  • Pros:  very good support, fully paded footbed, good straps, ratchets
  • Cons:  huge pressure points,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   Really good bindings, they have tons of cushioning for flat landings, really adjustable and a solid binding. The wings are also very nice to have, my experience with them is that they will help you press with super soft boots, and backyou up on sketchy landings. They are also great for ollies, and feel just like skateboarding They also create giant pressure p oints on the middle of the outside of my calf mucsle, prompting me to switch the high backs so that the wing is on the inside, and i like it that way much better, you can press the board with amazing control, and keeps the clean feel of the binders

  • Name: Burton Infidel
  • Pros:  Fully padded foot, Asymetric band, High back with wing
  • Cons:  Toe strap sometimes slips,

Experience:   I love these bindings! As in the description, it is perfect for park. There is so much response, compared to my previous pair. These bindings are all about control and comfort. And on top of that, the shape is unique compared to everything else.

Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Infidel
  • Pros:  Very Responsive,
  • Cons:  Durability,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I own these bindings and rode them for a season. They are very responsive and I ride them all over the mountain. I recommend them more for the park, but they work everywhere. The straps are pretty worn after about 15 days on the mountain. Overall a decent binding
