Sierra Says: Welcome to the big leagues. The Burton Q is an aggressive boot and is ideal for the established freerider with an average to narrow foot shape. The stiff, supportive flex transfers movement with lightning speed and will keep you locked into every turn. The Speed Zone Lacing System not only gets you on the hill quicker, it also ensures a strong fit throughout the day. With the Q you will get a ton of these performance features without having to sacrifice Burton's signature plush feel.

Burton Says: Aggressive on the outside, warm and inviting on the inside- the Q is exactly what you need when breaking barriers in the backcountry. Whether snapping methods off cornices or high-speeds rooster tails through the trees, the Q's ultra-responsiveness creates instant input from brain to binding. The liner offers heat in the high alpine, while the Plush Cuff lets you lap peak-to-creek without pausing.

"Excellent" 5/5/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Q Womens
  • Pros:  good support, speed lacing,
  • Cons:  none,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  stiff

Experience:   My girlfriend is already riding in these boots for three months, and every day speaks of them getting better and better. They are made from high quality materials, and all thoroughly thought through. They are very comfortable to wear and take off, and most importantly fast. Excellent foot and heel support, good record pace. Perfect for Powder and all-mountain But cautioned that in the park, these bots will be harsh.

"Best Boots Ever" 4/11/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Q Womens
  • Pros:  stiff, speed lacing,
  • Cons:  takes a little while to wear in,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  7.5
  • Boot Size:  7.5

Experience:   Love these boots - it takes a good 10 days or so to get them to truley mould to your feet, but once they do you will just love them. My feet were quite numb for the first few days but after that I was set and they are so responsive. I hope that Burton continue with this model cos they are awesome for freeriders like me

"Great Boots" 3/22/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Q Womens
  • Pros:  Stiffness, EMU heat-molding system, Soft and comfortable
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  7
  • Boot Size:  7

Experience:   Love these boots. I upgraded from the Burton Irocs and the these boots feel stiffer and are more responsive. I like EMU heat molding system. The speed zone lacing system is much easier then before. I wear a size 7 and it took 2-3 hours to get my foot acclimated to the new boot.

"Love these things!!" 2/26/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Q Womens
  • Pros:  Very comfortable even when they are not packed out, They don't become loose over a period of time, Provide great control
  • Cons:  sometimes hard to unlock one of the laces,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  7-7.5
  • Boot Size:  6-6.5

Experience:   Got these from my boyfriend about a month ago. The first run in them was pretty much amazing. They cut off circulation in my pinky toes for a bit, but once they packed out to my feet (after about 2-3 days) I can't see myself being anymore comfortable riding any other boot.
