"A good match for the blender." 5/5/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Scribe EST Womens
  • Pros:  perfect amount of flex,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   My GF purchased these bindings for her her sisters birthday. These bindings got a workout in Japan paired with the Burton blender, my GF says that they are softer than her escapaeds but are very still responsive. The adjustable window makes these bindings easier to adjust than other burton bindings that have the degrees moulded into the footbed. The bindings are a good fit for my GFs boot but don't fit her sisters as well because the shoe is wider.

"binding" 9/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Scribe EST Womens
  • Pros:  1,
  • Cons:  1,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   Paired this up with the 08 stria for my friend an it was the lightest set up I've lifted. The bindings were comfortable coz it was EST, so no plastic under the boot. Strapping on and off was a breeze even with gloves on. The EST ICS combo is definitely the most comfortable and light set ups out there!

  • Name: Burton Scribe EST Womens
  • Pros:  Great toe cap, really keeps toes down and back, Bright colours, Responsive
  • Cons:  the illustrations on the green/blue are a bit much,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   These bindings in the green/blue colours compliment the 2010 Womens burton blender perfectly, both in performance and by the way t he look together. I have been rocking the park with this combo and its sooo good! The bindings are a real improvement in comparison to last years lexa's.

Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Scribe EST Womens
  • Pros:  Very light, Soft on your feet,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   Finally got to use my new bindings, I found them to be very comfortable, soft on your feet and quite flexible. A great binding to do everything you would want to do on the mountain. I put these on my new Burton Hero and found the combination worked really well. The EST binding sits realy well on the board and seems to give great response.

  • Pros:  light, looks great,
  • Cons:  N/A,

Experience:   Got my bindings today, according to the size chart it should fit my size 8 boots, but its too small, the heels are hanging out, had to return it and replaced a large size binding. Other than that, everything is great!
