Sierra says: "The T6 is a super stiif speed demon that absolutely rips it down the steepest groomers and gnarliest tree runs. This board is made almost fully of honeycomb so it will have less weight and will float better in powder too. It is meant for the guy who wants to step up his level of performance or for the long-time veteran who wants is looking for a high-adrenaline all-mountain freeride board. With its smooth ride technology it will dampen impact landings and you will be feeling as though vibration is a made-up anomaly."

Burton says: Light the afterburners and prepare for lift-off. With the acceleration and agility of an F-22 Raptor, the T6 cruises above the mountains at record-breaking heights. Test pilots like Terje Haakonsen and Nicolas Muller fly through snow and sky at supersonic speeds armed with an arsenal of weapons. Smooth Ride absorbs turbulence for faster descents and larger airs with less impact on the body; while the intelligently crafted aluminum honeycomb core outmaneuvers park, pipe, and pow shrapnel with surgical precision.

Experience:   This one is super fast, I'm in love with this one. This is my 4th board I own, and my 5th board will be the same. I wouldn't reccomend T6 for beginers, defenitely a great one for advanced boarders. Thank you burton for making this great board.

  • Name: Burton T6

  • Use:  Carving,Groomers,High Speeds,Off Trail,Powder
  • Pros:  Stable at high speeds, Amazing pop, Responsive
  • Cons:  Too stiff for the park, Expensive,

Experience:   The Bruton T6 is a great board for the speedaholic who doesn't care too much about the park. The edgehold and acceleration out of turns is better than on any other board I've ridden and the sintered base honeycomb technology and infinite ride delivers the durability you're looking for. I've had several runs over rocks when riding off trail, but I don't have any scratches on my base yet! I would rate this board as the obvious most fun board I've ever ridden due to it's amazing speed and pop. Though, I've had to buy a freestyleboard as well in order to ride in the park, because I find it very hard to handle the pop and stiffness of the T6 off kickers etc.

  • Pros:  Lightweight, Stiff, respect
  • Cons:  topsheet scratching, no rocks,

Experience:   Incredible board. If you can get one and don't hate burton, get one. This board has been with me through it all and still looks like a champ, tons of camber left. I would rate this board as very stiff. Not race-board stiff, but it is certainly the stiffest twin-tip I have ever ridden. I love this, though - the pop off of jumps is amazing, just make sure you land it right. Maybe I just suck but I have found this board is kinda hard to spin with, but that could also be that it is a little long for my weight (145lbs). That being said this board screams down the mountain. I can usually cut through the chop, but the board is light and I am fairly light so I get bounced around now and again.

Experience:   i have riden this board about 5 times this season and this board is sooooo fast compared to my custom X. But riding switch on my custom X feels more comfortable. the two things i dont like about this board is that u cant ride rails and the plastic sheets that cover the pads under the bindings start peeling off. My board looks pretty shitty because of that. other then that, i love jamming down the mountain with the T6.

  • Cons:  Top sheet scratches

Experience:   Very solid board. Very fast and stable at high speeds. The board isn't very forgiving or poppy so intermediate riders and up only. The board is very smooth on powder and grips on groomed. Nothing bad to say about this girl. The front does scratch easy and you can break and crack the top padding for the bindings...but all in all it's a great fast board. stiffer then most but light and you CAN see through the board!

  • Cons:  Too stiff

Experience:   Performs amazingly on the mountain. I can totally feel how fast this board interacts with the snow and this is by far the FASTEST board I have ridden. The board is extremely stiff for my liking but is still an awesome board. This board is not for beginners and would recommend for intermediate/advanced riders. I paired this up with a C60 binding and it performs extraordinary~

Experience:   I thought this board was great when I tested it out at the Burton Demo Tour. It was really fast,...like the fastest board i've ever riden. It was really light, its flexible when it needs to be, and yet also holds a stiffness that gets you down the mountain really fast. I loved hauling some a$$ down the mountain oh this board. I would deffinetly reccomend it for people who love to go fast, and want a light board with some high tech to it. I'm not sure if i'd pay the price tag for it, but the board is sick.
