  • Name: Burton Ultra Wool
  • Pros:  thick, warm,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M

Experience:   man these are the pair of socks that every shredder should have. i bought these expecting them to be warm but i was wrong they were toasty hot. the socks themselves are very thick and it does take some effort to slip in em but that ok.

"I wear these all the times. " 8/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Ultra Wool
  • Pros:  Snug, Warm,
  • Cons:  Could be cheaper,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Very snug and tight against

Experience:   I wear these every time I go snowboarding and they keep my toes very warm. It also wick out moisture very well so that by the end of the day I don't have a sloppy mess in my boots since I do sweat a lot. They are 1.5x thicker than normal socks but not much to make you change boot sizes, or feel uncomfortable with the same boots you're used to wearing. These do shrink when you dry them in the dryer but will just stretch right back when you put them on again. Don't know if that's what I'm supposed to do, or if it'll damage them in any way. Would buy more if they were cheaper, but for now one pair is good enough.

"Awesome Socks" 8/14/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Ultra Wool
  • Pros:  Price was good. They keep your feet dry and warm. Much better than the hiking socks I used before
  • Cons:  I accidentally shrunk them in the dryer, but that's my own fault.

"Burton Ultra Wool Socks '09" 4/1/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Ultra Wool
  • Pros:  Comfy, soft, and "light".

Experience:   Usually wool socks have a rough texture to them, but these are soft and comfy. They are also "light" in that they aren't as thick as you might see in the usual wool socks.
