"Great park board no doubt" 1/20/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (2) No

  • Name: Burton Un Inc Snowboard - Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  flexible but not too flexible, poppy, solid and light

Experience:   This board is awesome. You get noticed on the mountain and it's a really good board to start getting into tricks. Feels solid when hitting booters and the board locks into the snow so you know you're gripping consntantly. soft enough to butter and press and jib. Can't go wrong with this board for anything park from rails to jumps. I haven't tried halfpipe so I can't say.

"love the way it rides." 1/12/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Un Inc Snowboard - Men's
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Pros:  rides super smooth, rail binding setup lets you custom fit your ride, perfect weight and shape to help you cut & carve
  • Cons:  the artwork is not the most popular, you may have to get new spare parts for EST setup,

Experience:   I really like the way this board rides. Most def helped me stick my landings, and ride away from random park time. but it does feel a bit stiffer, so if not as easy to butter. preforms very well on ice, and at high speeds.

"Sweet board." 9/26/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Un Inc Snowboard - Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  Poppy., Carves great, love the way it feels on edge., Flipping sweet graphic.
  • Cons:  Not very damp.,

Experience:   I had one of these several years ago, in the 160. Just a great feeling board. Great do everything board. It felt stable and aggressive, but not twitchy. Extremely poppy. Felt great in pow too, rode it in as much as 2 deep at Sierra-at-Tahoe WITHOUT setting it back (admittedly my leg was pretty burnt out at the end of the day). The one bump I have on it is that it's not a very damp board. It was my go to board in good snow conditions and an absolute dream in champagne pow, but I wasn't as big a fan of it in the crud. Other than that, my only complaint is that I had the 160 and wished I'd had the 158. If I'd own the puppy, I might have held onto this board strictly for sentimental value.

"OMG bring this back!" 7/26/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Un Inc Snowboard - Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  stable, fast, amazing

Experience:   The Un-inc boards have developed a cult following. They are still sought after boards after being discontinued years ago. There is a reason. These boards are amazing. Best cambered board i have ever ridden. So crazy fast down the hill and full of pop. So much fun to shred everything on this. Burton firing the uninc crew and getting rid of this board just goes to show they are out of touch with snowboarding!

"Good overall board" 1/11/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Un Inc Snowboard - Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  graphics that grows on you, stiff and loads of pop, twin
  • Cons:  a little heavy?,

Experience:   I really like this board.. Personally, I consider this board above other boards I own. It is a good stiff snowboard that holds down well under high speeds, great to come out of a slanted landing because its pretty stiff, twin tip, eye-catching graphic (some people love it, some hate it) in my experience, the graphics on this board is the best ice breaker on the lift. Good-all around board. I found that this board is really reactive to turning compared to other boards I have ( Fix and sierrascope) and really good pop. No powerdays on this board but I think it should do really well with the extra -elevated nose and tail.

"Classic Un-Inc" 1/8/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Burton Un Inc Snowboard - Men's
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Pros:  Great design, Stable,
  • Cons:  A bit stiff,

Experience:   Good snowboard, bought a 154 which was too small for me. Quite stiff for a freestyle snowboard, though didn't fully break it in. Better for a more powerful rider. Because it is stiff, it does make it very stable at high speed and landing jumps. Great EST system makes binding setup quick and easily adjustable. Best thing about this snowboard is the graphic, so original. One of the last Un-Incs, still one of the best all round snowboards.
