Sierra Says: The Capita Horrorscope is the board that changed the game and changed many snowboarders lives. Do you watch snowboard videos? Are you envious of how effortlessly, pro riders flex their board, stop on a dime or manipulate a technical trick? The secret is leverage. You need to have leverage and the ability to bend your snowboard to do this. The progressive shape, soft flex, and Flat Kick Reverse Camber in the Horrorscope is designed just for this. Butter with ease, jib with precision and have more fun on the hill than any other rider!

Capita Says: The Horrorscope FK was born as a late release limited edition board and is now one of the most sought after boards in snowboarding. Featuring pre-loaded positioning for expert level jibbers, and easy turnin?, mindless shreddin? for those intermediate riders that want to expedite the learning curve. The demand was so strong we made multiple run and still sold out before the first chairlift in America opened. Transworld Snowboarding Magaizne 2010 results held the Horrorscope as the #3 Mens board in the world under $400, while it beat nine of the top ten on price. For 2010 we?ve responded to the overwhelming demand by adding three more key sizes. The Horrorscope FK takes no effort! Stable at high speeds! Perfect for hangovers!

  • Name: Capita Horrorscope FK Snowboard Men's

  • Use:  Butters,Groomed,High Speeds,Jibs,Jumps,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Perfect flex for buttering up the whole mountain, jibs like no tommorow, cant believe the POP
  • Cons:  edges seems to chip easily,

Experience:   I goto hand it to capita, I have never had so much fun on a snowboard, this board can do it all... even at high speeds still felt stable. But when it came to buttering it was to much fun, the flex in it is perfect, I couldnt be more happy with my purchase thanx sierra. If you are thinking of buy this board dont hold back and grab it while you can. I had lots more fun riding this then on my skate banana.

  • Name: Capita Horrorscope FK Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Butters,Groomed,Halfpipe,High Speeds,Jibs,Jumps,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Flex for Jibbing but holds on at high speed, FK works great in the Japanese Pow, Rad graphics!
  • Cons:  Edge chips easily, Base gets scratched and chewed out a bit,

Experience:   I had my eye on this or the indoor survival but decided the Horrorscope as it had the right price and looked the business with the graphics. I rode a Rome Agent last season and was very happy with it but I constantly saw these Capita boards spinning though the air at the park so i thought i should see what its all about. Very happy with my purchase :D

  • Name: Capita Horrorscope FK Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Park,Powder,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Stable, Flexible, Forgiving
  • Cons:  Riding powder,

Experience:   This board would suit anyone from beginner to advanced. I rode this board for 8 days in Aspen, Breckenridge and around Boulder. It is surprisingly stable at high speeds. Initiating turns is an ease. The skateboard inspired desgin shows through when you get this board on a rail and in the park. I ride this board in a 155W I am 6'2 and 175lbs. Due to it being a little bit shorter for my height it makes it more difficult to bomb powder runs but it makes them fun for a cruisey session. The graphics are awesome as always from Capita. Couldn't ask for a better board really.

Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Capita Horrorscope FK Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Boxes,Jumps
  • Pros:  Soft, Good Pop, , Awesome graphics,
  • Cons:  NONE!,

Experience:   This board is very forgiving. This is my first reverse camber board and made riding through everything more fun. In the park, landing jumps are now much easier and a heck alot easier for butters. I like sloppy riding so I dulled my edges more and am having a blast on this board.

"This board = flexible" 3/22/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Capita Horrorscope FK Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Boxes,Rails
  • Pros:  Graphics are sweet, Super Flexy V rocker,
  • Cons:  Chips easy,

Experience:   This board is amazing. Demo'd this board this year early in the season and was blown away. Sweet graphics with a nice flex = you getting noticed out on your local mountain. Butters are easy, and effortless, just lean back and apply a little pressure. The only downside to this board is it chips super easy. But that is the same with any other really flexible boad you buy. The more flexy, the more easy it chips, which sucks, but hey, what are you going to do, the board is still sweet!
