"In your dreams the walls drip with repentance. You poke and pinch yourself desperately trying to wake, but you're locked into a hazy maze of spider webs, two way mirrors, and chainsaw killers. You feel trapped and claustrophobic. No one can hear you, and there's no escape. The eagle and the eye see all."

  • Name: Capita Scaremaster Graphic Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  SOOOO much better then rentals.., Easy to learn on and light., Makes me look like a pro
  • Cons:  not free?,

Experience:   Look how sweet the board is.. I picked it up a year ago for $200 and never looked back. I used the board probably 10 times since i picked it up since im broke, but i can tell you the rise in my riding ability has sky-rocketed compared to renting. I would mos def recommend this board to anyone between beginners and intermidiate riders.

  • Name: Capita Scaremaster Graphic Snowboard Men's

  • Pros:  price, graphic, flex

Experience:   Park destroyer. Rails, boxes, small kickers, big kickers. Hauling ass down groomers and laying down serious carves, side hits, pipe, butters, switch anything... This board is so much fun, and for the price it can't ever be beat. For the rider who spends the day lapping the park and doesn't want to break the piggy bank.

"First Board" 11/25/2010

  • Name: Capita Scaremaster Graphic Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Pros:  Soft & Playful, Price,
  • Cons:  Chatters at High speeds, Graphics,

Experience:   My first board ever. It def beats out rentals. Its soft enough to be playful but It's not a complete noodle the way people make it out to be. I'm 5'6 and 145# and got a 152 but i feel I would like it better as 150. It was def an awesome board for a beginner like me. Its strong points and weak points gives a good first impression to your style of riding and gives you an idea what type of boards you may want to upgrade to as you progress. If you like to cruise around the mountain and give the park a try this board is for you. Good for beginners and intermediates. Makes an awesome beater board. Best of all, the price won't break your bank.

"Decent Board" 11/13/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Capita Scaremaster Graphic Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  Flexy, Light wieght , Easy to maneuver
  • Cons:  Not extreamly durable ,

Experience:   I would recommend this board for the intermediate rider that wants to get into doing jumps and rails. It rides true to size, I am 5' 8'' 135lbs riding a 152cm, and everything goes smoothly. Though, if your stance brings your legs closer together than normal I would recommend going one size down. This board is very flexy, almost too flexy. There were many a time where a normal board would have broken from the abuse I but it through. This board carves to easy it's almost as if it does it for you. The only negative attribute I can think of is its durability. After last year’s 4 month season of 24/7 park riding the black edges (not the metal edges) of the board started to chip off. This is most likely due to the fact that I mercilessly beat the $hit out of it every day at the park. For the price, this is an ideal board. If I needed another board at this moment I would happily buy it again.
