Sierra Says: There is nothing better than helping out our ecosystem while providing a sick snowboard boot that has not been compromised during the process. Celsius has done exactly this by designing the Climate. It has a custom molded insole and ankle harness for an everlasting snug and comfortable fit which will help increase your performance. This well-defined all-mountain snowboard boot will not hold you back in any way, and we recommend it mainly for those riders looking for a stiffer boot flex so they can shred fast and hard all over.

Celsius Says: To do our part to help keep things green, we used a natural HEMP material that emits much less CO2 oxidation when producing than other materials. Also, our custom o-zone liner uses no chemicals, yet it still keeps your feet warm, dry and fresh.

"Very comfortable" 5/4/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Celsius Climate Lace
  • Pros:  Secure fit, Very confortable,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  10.5
  • Boot Size:  10.0

Experience:   I am a beginer rider and have not worn these boots on the hill yet due to the fact I bought them at the end of this season but I have been wearing them around the house to break them in and there really does not feel like there is a break-in period needed. I can definately feel the beefed up support compared to rental boots. Hope this helps any other rookies looking for a good start up boot!

"Awesome boots" 4/27/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Celsius Climate Lace
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Mid range flex,
  • Cons:  Slight heel lift,
  • Fit:  stiff
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  9.5
  • Boot Size:  9.5/10

Experience:   I actually don't own the 2010 version of these boots, but boots a couple years older, but I love those boots so I cannot imagine how good the 2010 boots are. First of all these boots are veeeery comfortable. Mine have a little bit of memory foam in the insole and it's quite nice. I have somewhat wide feet so I wouldn't say these boots are for people with very wide feet but maybe a little more than average. I haven't had too many new boots, but I would say these have a pretty mid range flex that could work for just about everything. Pretty good for the allmountain rider. I cannot say for sure what size fits me best to be honest. When I first put on my boots which are a 10, they initially felt a little tight, but when broken in they have gotten a touch big. I now am experiencing a slight bit of heel lift which I'm not sure to attribute to the boot or the sizing of the boot. I have yet to try a 9 or 9.5. Overall I love these boots and will ride them until they fall apart. Oh and they're supposedly manufactured in a way that's better for the environment which is always a plus.

"Dope Boots" 4/7/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Celsius Climate Lace
  • Pros:  Comfort, nice flex , easy strings
  • Cons:  shape of the high back,
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  Ture to size
  • Boot Size:  9.0

Experience:   I own a pair of Climate boots from Celsius. I was highly skeptical about the boots; 1. because I have never heard of Celsius before; 2. I bought it off of internet. I just thought I'd give it a try. I have a Burton Ruler from 2004 and I was not really sure how it would match the good quality and comfort I experienced from my boots. Well, I would not be writing this review if Celsius boots sucked. They are super comfy and flex is just enough, giving you that extra flex on boxes and even help you boning some grabs. I tried tail blocks on these boots on my Triad EST binding and it was somewhat more easier than my original boots with ride bindings. One thing I really like about these boots is the string system inside. As most boots these days have it: the pull and strap strings on your ankle. Also Climate has another buckle on your cap region where you can give another support. With all these my feet felt very secure without compromising comfort. One bad thing about these boots is the shape of the high back. They have a little bump on the back of the boots that kinda hindered me from using it with my burton Triad est bindings. I could still strap and use it with no problem but I just felt like the boots were not going into the bindings with utmost ease. overall, dope boots. Love the flex and super comfy.
