"nice bag" 3/22/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Fall Line Double (170cm)
  • Pros:  fits snowboard, fully padded, full length zipper

Experience:   This bag is awesome. I was able to get a bag for my girlfriend and this one for me with matching chop shop prints. This is sold as a double ski bag, but really, it fits snowboards!! I have a 08-09 Burton Deuce 163. It measures about 12 inches at its widest. I have large forum republics on them. The highbacks were pretty big, but I managed to fit my setup into the bag. The binders are attached at +15, and -6. It is snug, so I wouldn't put a wider (bigger) setup into this bag. Im so happy it came out perfect. I would say that this bag would fit up to a 166 ish cm (even though it says 170). The wheels are nice. Sides are all fully padded. There are separate compartments that fit boots so you don't get your board or clothes dirty/wet. I have clunky size 11 sims boots. Only bad side is that there is no shoulder strap. There are multiple handles around it. But like someone else said, you feel like a truck or train dragging around this long bag behind you. At $30, I kinda want to buy extras and just sell them to friends for like $50! I got this at $50 and was happy, but we got a price adjustment from SS.

"BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!" 3/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Fall Line Double (170cm)
  • Pros:  fits a snowboard with plenty of room, two skis and poles, enough room for a day trip or a little more
  • Cons:  a little long for a snowboard,

Experience:   I bought two of these, one for my parents skis, fits both easily with poles, and second one for my '09 158 custom x with '10 Burton mission est's. the board fits fine, although if you have big high backs that could be a problem, I was kind of angry with how short the missions high backs were but it worked out for the better i guess. I love the wheels, overall it's a great bag and would recommend for anybody ESPECIALLY SNOWBOARDS as long as they have lowish high backs

"Sweet Bag" 6/23/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Fall Line Double (170cm)
  • Pros:  Huge, Easy open/close, Fun prints (Pink Plaid)

Experience:   Bought two of these bags for 70% off. Great deal. Fit a board, boots, helmet, and pants (and probably more) all in one bag. The boots each have their own compartments. Much easier to pack to get to the mountain and keeps your board protected.

"Very Nice" 5/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Fall Line Double (170cm)
  • Pros:  Size, Design,
  • Cons:  No shoulder strap,

Experience:   Bought one for myself and my wife. We both love the look of the bags and they have a ton of room. I was able to fit my boots (size 11 Rides), Contraband bindings, and 153cm board with plenty of room to spare. Inside has a tarp like lining. Not sure if I like it but if it keeps the outside of the bag dry, that's fine by me. Just wish it had a shoulder strap.

Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Fall Line Double (170cm)
  • Pros:  U can poot almost everything u need in this bag,

Experience:   Wow... That was my first impression when I started to put my stuff in this bag. You can put everything in it: Snowboard, boots, helmets, clothes. I even managed to put my 165cm skis (binding uninstalled) along wz my board. Just great. Wanted to buy second for my wife, but the price raised from 30 to 50 bucks. And while I was thinking to pay more or not it ran out of stock =(

"Dakine Fall Line Double bag 170 cm 2010 (works for snowboards)! Hell of a bag" 4/19/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Fall Line Double (170cm)
  • Pros:  Dakine quality, large size (170 cm) holds my board, Variety of Colors -- Dakine is the man! Go Big!!!, Pockets outside for boots, clothes, gloves, etc.
  • Cons:  No shoulder strap! C'Mon Dakine remedy this!!!!!!, Sierrasnowboard one has 1 of these left -- get it, Sierrasnowboard only has the Pink/Plaid color left

Experience:   Purchased this Dakine Fall Line Double (snowboard bag) in 170 cm in Black with Green Dakine logo. I was wary at first that it would hold my board with bindings attached. Boy was I wrong! My Burton Operator Mt Dew sintered Stephen Bliss autographed 158 cm board InfinteRideTM and Carbom I-BeamTM fits with the acid-green Burton Custom bindings and their medium highback's size. Initially, I thought the board with mounted binding would not fit, as I was hesitant to completely fold down the highbacks -- yes I am a newbie -- due to fear they would snap! After trying to pull the zipper across the midsection of the bag to zipper it closed, I realized I would destroy the zipper. I removed the board, pushed the highback down a little more; however, not completely undoing the ankle and toe straps -- and flipped the board. Despite my misgivings of the bindings being snapped during shipping, I placed the bag in my garage for storage. Last week, I went to my local snowboard shop, Snowcrest Ski and Snowboard shop -- Crestwood, IL. Granted I bought my Burton Acid-Green Custom bindings at Sierrsnowboard and won the Burton Operator through Mountain Dew/PepsiCo Coporation. John, at Snowcrest, informed me that I can fold the highbacks and close the straps on top of the higbacks and bindings -- brilliant! My fears imagining not using the pockets on the outside of this bag to avoid zipper flex, are put to rest. The 1 to 2 feet of the end of the bag inside to hold items. Only negative is no shoulder strap! Maybe Megan at High Cascade snowboard camp will call informing me my wait list for session 1 for beginners is open -- it would be a heaven, pure joy. Just like when I discovered this Dakine Fall Line Double bag I got for a steal for Sierrsnowboard.com fits my snowboard. Thank you to Sierrasnowboard for pricing this bad boy at $30. Unheard of! Wooohoo!

"Holy cow, this thing is roomy" 4/5/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Fall Line Double (170cm)
  • Pros:  Holds a lot of stuff, Extra pockets for your extra things, it's on wheels!
  • Cons:  A little skinny for boards,

Experience:   This bag is great! it has so much room you could fit 2 boards in it or you can fit 1 with all of your gear i mean all of it. I would deff spend the 30 dollars to get this and protect your gear. Although it is made for ski's you really cant beat this its just to good.
