"Dakine Freestyle Bag" 1/9/2011
Helpful Review?   (3) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  Cheap, Pocket,
  • Cons:  Padding extremely thin,

Experience:   Decent product for the price. I bought the 165 and my 157 board with bindings on is a tight squeeze. Def no room for my boots. Padding is so thin it's almost pointless, but what do you want for $40. Pocket is nice to keep your goggles, gloves, hats and small accessories. Good bag for simple day trips and to protect your car and keep you from forgetting any small items at home.

"Dakine Freestyle Boardbag" 1/15/2013
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  Dakine quality, HD zippers, padded bottom, not overly bulky
  • Cons:  only padded on the bottom/sides, simple shoulder strap w/o padding,

Experience:   So I bought this bag when I bought a board and a bit of gear. A friend of mine was tasked to bring it to me, and since all my gear needed to fit in one bag, this was the best and cheapest option. The bag is made really well, the seams are solid, the zippers are good heavy duty zips, and the inside of the bag is tarp-lined to keep water from seeping in, or for that matter out and into your car or wherever. Ive since used it many times to throw in the back of the car on trips. Being fairly slim, it doesnt take up too much space in the back. Although I have flown with it as well, I would rather use either my dakine tour or low-roller, because they have pouches for boots, which the freestyle doesnt, and they are fully padded, which subsequently makes them bulkier and hevier. If you need a good simple, bottom-padded bag, this is the one you need! my 159 and 162 boards fit easily into the 165 bag.

  • Name: Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  descent size, re-inforced lining

"Calidad y funcionalidad" 6/10/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  materiales, construccion,

Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (3) No

  • Name: Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  Keep dust away from your board ,
  • Cons:  wish the padding was a little thicker, need pocker for your google,

Experience:   The bag does it job but wish there was bigger pockets to put my boot and goggle in. Great bag for people to go in and out on the weekends.

"Not bad for the price" 2/19/2013
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  Fits stuff :/, Cool Design , Seems sturdy
  • Cons:  Kind of tight, Not any real padding,

Experience:   Bag does what I want it to do. I just needed something to put my board w/bindings, boots, googles, and maybe some clothing. It all fits in there, albeit tight as hell. It's supposed to be a padded bag. That's technically true. Very thin padding, but I don't plan on using it for air travel. Its perfect for a road trip or just keeping the dust off your board at the crib.

Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  inexpensive, Durable zippers,
  • Cons:  not enough padding,

Experience:   Very simple bag that should get the jump done. It has one shoulder strap and double zippers. Looks to be waterproof, but not tested yet. For the price, it's a good buy if you're looking for a basic snowboard bag.

"Pretty Good" 1/9/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  light, durable, accessory pocket
  • Cons:  157cm bag fits a 153 board w/ bindings really snug,

Experience:   This bag is pretty descent and will get the job done the right way for normal travel. its nice to have a good durable bag that will keep your board from getting all banged up to and from the mountain. If you're looking for something that will hold your gear in one spot and keep your board safe for a car/bus ride then this will do it. i would suggest getting about a 10cm bigger bag than your board size so that you can fit all your gear in it. works very nicely. I got this bag as a Christmas present and it was 50 buckaroos so buy trusnow!

"Decent Bag for the price" 8/29/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Freestyle Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  Price, Lightweight,
  • Cons:  Space, Very thin,

Experience:   This bag is great for getting your gear from the house to the slopes. I definitely would not use it for any kind of air travel. It simply will not protect your board. Perfect for someone who wants an easy way to carry their gear to the mountain. Dakine makes great products!
