"Great to Stomp On! " 5/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Spade
  • Pros:  it does its job., sticks on board firmly,

Experience:   THis stomp pad does it's job just fine. But maybe for the longer boards, this stomp pad might be too small. I own 138cm, and this stomp pad fits just right.

"Great to stomp on" 4/21/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Spade
  • Pros:  Simple design, Won't slide,
  • Cons:  Might fall off, Bubbles,

Experience:   The clear pad means it'll blend in with your board easily enough, but you may want to get something less opaque since I can see all the bubbles on my pad. Not sure how to get rid of it. Aside from that, I put it on once I got to the mt. and used it right away and it stayed secure. I know you're supposed to give it more time but I was in a rush.

"Stomp Stomp Stomp" 4/18/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Spade
  • Pros:  Sturdy, Grippy, Nice Design
  • Cons:  A bit small,

Experience:   Overall a good stompad. I bought it for a friend and it does a good job. Was a bit small for a stompad but still useful. They should've made 3 small spade ones in a pack to use as 1 stompad.

"Stikcy pad" 4/11/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Spade
  • Pros:  Sticky, Easy to apply, Durable

Experience:   I've used it with my palmer board for whole season, riding especially with back foot free on the lifts. It is very sticky pad which will keep your leg straight on your deck even if there is snow under your boot.

"Prime Stomp Pad" 4/2/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Spade
  • Pros:  Sticks really well., Sharp Spikes for good traction to boot,

Experience:   Very nice stomp pad. I purchased both this pad and the Dakine Mountain as I was undecided what one I wanted to put on, when they arrived the decision was simple, the Spade just looked that much better and had tons more grip. So on it went and on it has stayed.

"Best stomp available" 4/1/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Spade
  • Pros:  Exceptionally Sharp, Sticks Easily and Strongly,
  • Cons:  Hard to remove,

Experience:   I have this stomp on an old Lamar, and it is a very effective stomp. The spike break if you are careless or if people run over your board regularly. This stomp pad is a challenge to remove because the adhesive is very high quality. Spikes are quite sharp and can cut your clothes but they grip your boot very well. Good stomp for beginners.
