"Great Glove" 3/16/2010
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Titan
  • Pros:  Keeps snow out always, lots of great features, Warm and dry, Comfortable
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   I have this glove and I have never had any better. I've never ever had snow in them, my hands have not gotten wet in ANY conditions. The goggle wipers are great for when your in shitty rainy conditions, or heavy powder. Also its the most durable rubber palm I've ever used. Overall I must say very practical glove but not that attractive, I got them in black

"Great gloves!!" 12/6/2009
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Titan
  • Pros:  Very warm, bonus glove liner, cool goggle wiper
  • Cons:  kind of pricey,

Experience:   These gloves are great! They're warm even with the liners taken out, and the liners are nice by themselves for warmer days. With the liners in, these things are toasty! It's like 3 gloves in one! I like the cool little extra features like the goggle wiper (like a mini windshield wiper!), stash pocket, and a stash pocket with a built in tethered goggle cloth. Great gloves and I can see these lasting a very long time.

"My Go-To Glove!" 10/19/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Titan
  • Pros:  warm, very comfortable, easy in and out, rubberize grip,
  • Cons:  none,

Experience:   I switched to this glove after using Dakine bronco because it needed a glove with a longer wrist to prevent snow from getting in my sleeve. This glove certainly do the trick. Completely waterproof, I was warm and comfortable throughout the whole day. The glove comes with a removable liner so it helps in getting quick in and out. The glove as the nose/goggle wipe feature, which is a plus considering how many times I got wiped out. This is one of my favorite gloves of all time. Will definitely buy again.

"Solid Glove" 8/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Titan
  • Pros:  Warm, Dry, Retain good dexterity
  • Cons:  Rubber on the fingertips wear out quickly, Very tight with underglove wrist guards on, Liner seams split easily

Experience:   This glove is great value for money. Wore it for 8 days straight on the mountain with wrist guards over them, under them and alone. With the wristguards under them (Red), they were a bit tight and difficult to put on, but once on they were fine. They were warm and dry the whole time. Surprisingly, they let me retain some good dexterity while on. I could get things out of my pockets, answer my phone, change my music, use my camera without much difficulty at all. I didn't have to use the liners as it wasn't particularly cold (at most minus 5 C), but I did use the liners when I wasn't riding and they were warm. However, the seams started to split after about 2 weeks of using them (securing boards on roof racks, packing the car, carring things etc). I found that after the first week, the edges of the rubber on the finger tips were starting to wear and I could see the white material underneath. It didn't affect the water proofing, but I was a little disappointed that it had worn at all. Overall, the gloves were great and kept me warm and dry. Had no real hassles with using them.

"Really Nice gloves" 7/19/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Dakine Titan
  • Pros:  Really Waterproof , Warm, comfortable
  • Cons:  sometimes ends of fingers get cold, hands get to warm in warmer temperatures,

Experience:   Really good gloves, strong and warm. The water proofing really impressed me as I have never had a glove that could keep my hand dry 2 seasons in a row in this dirty wet Australian snow. the straps that allow you to attach to your wrist so you can take them off on the chair lift without dropping them is really nice especially when you need to answer your phone quickly. Wear these gloves all seasons round and if you find your hands getting cold the inner gloves that come with them can help alot. (mainly for very cold temperatures) All in all I really do enjoy this glove and I am holding out for Sierra to get more in stock or get the new model so I can buy another pair before I head over to Japow
