"Good Goggle for small faces" 7/3/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Electric EG1S Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  quality, optically true,
  • Cons:  small, fogs up a bit,

Experience:   I have demo'd this goggle and while it's construction is excellent and it is optically true it does not fit my face/head. It caters to people with small & med/small faces. It's downside is it can fog up in the more extreme situations. EG1s is a revised EG1 frame with a spherical lens. Think of it as an EG1 with a wide-angle lens. However, I did have issues with the lens fogging up. With temps in the teens and single digits at night, I was constantly fighting fog ups. Also, the Orange/Chrome lens was not as mirrored as I had hoped. If you can find em for cheapish, you should get em if they fit you well.

"Best goggle I've ever owned" 4/17/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Electric EG1S Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  High quality, Spherical lens, Very comfortable
  • Cons:  Large frame / occasionally will push down on nose,

Experience:   I've ridden with these goggles in all types of conditions. They never fog, are extremely comfortable, and are very high quality. I bought them because I liked the way they looked and also got a really good deal on them. After wearing them for one run, I could tell they would be my go to goggles because of the wide view, the comfort and the style of the goggle. I now have a whole season with the these and they did not disappoint. I would HIGHLY recommend these to anyone looking for a high quality goggle that is very comfortable and won't let you down. I can't say enough good things about Electric and the EG1s.

"Good Vision" 12/27/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Electric EG1S Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Great Vision, Doesn't Fog,

Experience:   These are very good goggles. I bought the white with a chrome lense. The have great peripheral vision. They are a perfect fit with the face. Also, they look and fit good with a helmet. They seem pretty durable and lense is a good color.

"Nice goggles" 11/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Electric EG1S Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Great lens, Cool frame, Band
  • Cons:  Not very durable,

Experience:   Spherical lens is awesome, has a huge field of view. The band is big enough to fit around a helmet or just on your head. The silver chrome lens looks awesome, but after only a few days some of the mirror coating had chipped, leaving some odd spots in the view.

"Electric EG1S Goggles " 11/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Electric EG1S Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  huge, fit over glasses, sharp styling

Experience:   Got these goggles on sale to replace my old pair of oakly's. Being that i like my oaks a lot I was unsure how electric would campare. After I got them my thoughts were changed. they are great and fit over my glaces better then my oaks did which is great being that I hate contacts

I search a goggles OTG but I never find a good pair. The Oakley L Frame look very bad, the only one I like is the Smith Knowledge. But if the EG1S fit over glasses, I will try it and certainly buy them.

"Sturdy and Huge Field of Vision" 1/20/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Electric EG1S Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Very sturdy frame, doesn't flex, Spherical lens is like very expensive polarized, Fits with my Smith helmet perfectly
  • Cons:  On the larger size, so not for small heads,

Experience:   I just got these in from TruSnow and am very happy with my choice. These goggles instantly felt sturdy. They don't have any of the flex you find in other goggles, which is plus in my book. The field of vision is incredible. These goggles are on the larger side, but fit my huge dome perfectly. And I don't get the gap when fitted to my Smith helmet. These are my first spherical lens goggles and they're like a more expensive polarized lens to me.

"Solid Goggle" 1/1/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Electric EG1S Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Spherical Lens, Dont fog easily,
  • Cons:  Large shape,

Experience:   These are a very solid goggle for the price. I have the silver chrome lens which seems to work well in most lighting conditions. The spherical lens provides great peripheral vision. These goggles also do well not to fog up. The design of the goggle is larger than most meaning the actual shape is larger, although I do not have a large face at all so I think they still will work fine with a medium to even medium small face. However, with that in mind I would recommend making sure they fit with your helmet and/or face. Overall very solid goggle.

"great goggle" 12/22/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Electric EG1S Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  great vision, comfortable fit, looks awesome
  • Cons:  no adjustable vent, which, made my face cold when riding the lift,

Experience:   great google, comfortable fit, and great vision with these spherical lens, but it would be great if they have the vents adjustable. on a cold day, i would want to close the vents cause they made my face hella cold with winds hitting my face.

"EG1s" 11/28/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Electric EG1S Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  spherical lens!, extremely comfy,

Experience:   Well to start I have to say these goggles are amazing! I don't actually own a pair but a buddy of mine let me use his extra pair last season a few times because I have some cheap-o offbrand goggles. These goggles fit so comfortably, but I think the number one thing I love about these is the spherical lens. IMO they make a HUGE difference compares to normal lenses. Your peripheral vision is tons better. Soon as the money comes around I am def. going to scoop up my own pair!
