"Great first board" 7/30/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow Infinite
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Powder,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  all mountain performance, great stability at high speeds, good turning

Experience:   This is the first board I bought for myself and I immediately fell in love. It's fast but controllable and ready for any trail. Not the greatest for the park but I take it in anyway. I am 6' 175 lbs and got the 159 wide, works perfectly for me. Definitely a top pick board for anyone at intermediate skill level looking for something better than rentals.

"Not great on ice" 12/31/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow Infinite
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Carving,High Speeds,Powder
  • Pros:  It looks pretty ,
  • Cons:  No edge hold on ice, Tough to maneuver (in 168 length),

Experience:   I took this board out on its maiden voyage the other day. After one run I was back at my truck swapping it for my other board. I can't yet say how it rides in powder or soft snow, but on ice it's terrible compared to my gnu carbon credit. If you mainly ride hardpack or icy conditions get something with magnetraction and you wont look back. Cheers

"Fast board that can handle almost anything" 11/6/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow Infinite
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Powder,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Insanely fast base, Just cruises over any terrain, Fast turning, responsive and beautiful to control
  • Cons:  Don't bother going near the park, Fragile sidewalls that chip easily,

Experience:   This is easily the fastest base I have ever ridden. With a good wax this board can get up to speeds that are practically suicidal. To match that speed the board is just stiff enough to be able to just cruise over the top of anything in it's way. It has just enough flex to make it responsive and easy to control. Hitting big kickers with this feels good the whole way from pop to landing and the bigger the better. Hitting the park with this isn't much fun. The base isn't worth ripping up and the stiffness is just a little too much for park features. The sidewalls are also relatively fragile and the topsheet scratches pretty easily so you can expect a dust up or two with skiers in the lift line. This really is a board that blows just about anything else away if you want to absolutely haul ass down a mountain. If you want to bypass the park and get your kicks with raw speed without getting a powder board then this is going to tick all the boxes.

"Great board for beginners looking for a board to last" 12/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow Infinite
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Low Speeds,Powder
  • Pros:  Nice graphics and colors, Very manuverable, Seems to be just as good on different snow types
  • Cons:  Didn't get a bright green board,

Experience:   First, let me say that I've only been boarding twice now (once with this board and once with a Head rental). Decided after years of skiing it was time to try board. Got this board because it wasn't a beginner board and I wanted something that was going to last as I got better. Everything seemed to have designs for teenagers with skulls and other dumb stuff but this board had a nice subtle design (it's 'classy'). The picture showed a bright green and a dark board, I got the dark one. Was hoping for bright green, but the dark is very nice too. Compared to the Head board I rented, this has a lot of flex. I wasn't sure if that was going to be a good thing. The more I used it, the more the flex aided my ability to turn. Took it out after our first snow, so some areas were packed down hard while others were pretty much untouched. I had a bit of trouble in the packed areas but it was still very manageable so I think that was probably due to my inexperience as a rider. Overall, I think this is an awesome board and will suite me for a few years. Definitely recommend it.

"fun fun fun fun" 8/30/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow Infinite
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  buen precio, entretenida, estable

"Infinitely smooth" 8/8/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow Infinite
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  High Speeds,Off Trail,Powder,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Fast, Stable,

Experience:   I got this board for myself and my wife and so far we've both loved it. It's fast and is stable at high speed, plus the edges are forgiving for the occasional lapse in concentration. I've taken it off piste and it's fast enough to not have to walk much at all. A great intermediate level board.
