"NXTAT" 1/25/2011
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow NXT-AT
  • Pros:  fast in and out, pretty light, looks
  • Cons:  clips keep coming undone,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   Once I got these bindings adjusted right for me they were awesome...for a couple hours. One of the screws holding the back on fell out going down the slope so I had to walk the rest of the way down. After we fixed that problem I noticed the clips keep coming unfastened so I have to keep re-adjusting the binding throughout the day.

"All Mountain Shredder" 10/2/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow NXT-AT
  • Pros:  Very Supportive, A true do it all all-mountain binding, Great quality
  • Cons:  Eva-pad damages,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   FLOW Bindings: It seems most people either love them or hate them. This is my first set of flows and I found them very good. I was using Burton P1 bindings before these and when set up correctly I found these just as responsive and supportive. The only complaints I could make about mine is the eva-pad foam damaged quite easily and the arch support winding mechanism seems to vibrate loose on car trips but won't while you're riding so as long as you check the settings when you arrive you won't have a problem. If you're looking for an all mountain binding then I would definitely recommend these as a solid choice.

"Flow NXT AT Bindings Great" 3/8/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow NXT-AT
  • Pros:  Same fit and feel every run, Quick and easy bind in, Feel great carving heel and toe
  • Cons:  Lost a screw while riding, Ruined my left boot (but maybe bad boot),
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   The Flow NXT AT is a great binding. I did lose a screw on my left binding one day and had to go to HomeDepo to find something similar. Tried to contact Flow to get a replacement but didn't feel like I was going to get it. So I try to check my nuts/screws etc before I go out. Other than that I love these bindings. I'm an intermediate rider who primarily free rides but dabbles in the park every now and then. A local place by me lets me put my bindings on the lift (Yep that easy to put on) and I get way more runs in on my night runs. The ride is great, I find that my setup response well. The carve feels good heel and toe. On another note my left boot got a bit ruined from sliding in and out of the strap. (goofy) Not sure if that is a bad for the binding or the boot. but the binding is so secure even though my boot is a bit loose the binding holds it in place confidently. I do pushing it aggressively and have no issues. I only wish my boarding mates had Flows too so we can just charge. (At least I get time to set my ipod ;) Very fast bind in and my setup feels the same every time since the strap is set to my liking without having to change it. I know there are peeps out there who are skeptical of flows but if you are on the fence, no worries but I recommend giving them a try if you can. The only other draw back is that they can be harder to put on normally on a steeper incline. But then I sit down and pop them on. Worst case if I was really on a incline and needed too, the mini ratchets are there also like typical bindings. But 99% 3 seconds and I'm ready to go with the same feel every time. Hope this helps!

"Nice Bindings" 1/24/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow NXT-AT
  • Pros:  Quick Entry, Solid Feel,
  • Cons:  Heavy, Not Durable, Expensive
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   With the Flow NXT you can spend more time riding and less time siting on your butt. Slip your foot in, flip the highback up, and you are gone in seconds. The bindings are very responsive and it is easy to go from egde to edge. However, they are not durable enough for the money. The high tension cable broke on me after 30 times on the hill.

"Love-em" 1/19/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow NXT-AT
  • Pros:  performance, comfort, ease of entry/exit
  • Cons:  parts,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I'm an older rider so the #1 plus for me of the flow brand is not having to sit down coming off the lift. They also perform terrific and are super-comfy for long days. Some of the lesser flow models are heavy compared to their strapped competition, however when you step up to the nxt at's they are very comparable in weight to burton cartels. The only down-side is parts are hard to find at some western u.s. resorts if you have any issues. I've noticed the cable sheath on my high-backs is already cracked in 2 places and will need to be replaced if the cables fray. Hopefully it is a warranty part.

"AWESOME BINDINGS" 1/17/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow NXT-AT
  • Pros:  Easy in easy out, durable, easily adjustable
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I bought these bindings and put them on my ride society board. First they were easy to adjust and they went on no problem. You have to get used to strapping in to the binding or any flow bindings in general just because they are different. But once getting used to they are a breeze! You're shredding down a mountain in no time with these bad boys. With these bindings i feel like i have complete control with what i'm doing

"2010 NXTAT" 1/16/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Flow NXT-AT
  • Pros:  light weight, quick in/out, responsive
  • Cons:  cheap plastic buckles,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   Can never go wrong with flow, these are my 2nd pair. Went from flow 5 to rome390 and back to these flow. By far flows are always the quickest bindings to get in and out of. Very solid and responsive binding. Only draw back are the buckles, cheap plastic like buckles that when freezing out are very rigid and stiff to pry to release when loosening or tighten the straps. Overall GREAT bindings
