Sierra Says: The Destroyer is the keystone in Forum's freestyle lineup. The median in flex, tech, and price, this board is great for every type of freestyle riding and any type of freestyle rider. Of course you can ride this board anywhere, but the terrain park is its habitat. Jump or jib, pro comp or progression park, you will see the Destroyer handle business everywhere.

Forum Says: Like the team and the brand, Forum's flagship board has been killing it since forever. It's only claiming without a result, and each season the Destroyer is the one caught slaying street rails, stomping new tricks and ruling monster transitions. This charger never slips so it gets left alone and left to ride. This season nothing has changed about how sick this board is on boxes, rails and features, but the serial art has surely evolved from an earlier darkness.

Base color may very.

"i cant believe its not butter" 8/26/2009
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Forum Destroyer
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Butters,High Speeds,Jibs,Jumps,Off Trail,Switch Riding
  • Pros:  popy as heck, easy to ride,
  • Cons:  still not the best carver,

Experience:   when a board stands out at a demo, you know its good. your usally riding with a bunh of differnt people with different styles, so you get a mix of lots of type of riding. I tend to ride kinda hard so i prefere a stiffer board, but i was very pleasntly suprised that such a popy, easy to butter board can still hold it down on the steeps. becuase it is a twin i could feel it suffer a little on the hard riding but not enought to be considerd anything but amazing. one for the books for sure.

"Decent Ride - Strong Board" 7/31/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Forum Destroyer
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Carving,Groomers,High Speeds,Powder
  • Pros:  Strong, Fast, Great for Speed Carving
  • Cons:  Not flexy enough, Not as playful as I had hoped,

Experience:   I bought this board even after being told be several professionals that is wasn't right for me. However, it is a very good board...maybe they were right after all. They claim it to be quite flexy but it is actually really stiff! I got mine taken into the base (148cm board) because I'm not heavy enough for it. A bit disappointed that I can't play around on it as I would have liked, but that's my own fault. Please understand that this is a very good board, and I absolutely love it and trust it as it is incredible on ice, holds a great edge, is very strong and I wouldn't feel safer on any board going down a triple black run! Just doesn't have the flex I was looking for.

"Butter better" 6/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Forum Destroyer
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Carving,Groomers,Powder
  • Pros:  soft flex, tight turns,

Experience:   I rode with my mates a few days ago n had to give his youngblood a go. Needless to say, the flex was perfect and I could butter pretty easily, well attempt to butter anyway. I also took this thing off some mid-sized kickers and there was a great amount of pop in the tail as well...all in all, a great value board for beginner onwards.

"Destroyer Chilly!!" 2/19/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Forum Destroyer
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Butters,Groomed,Jibs,Jumps,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Super Buttery, Jibs well, Has great pop
  • Cons:  Little unstable at high speeds,

Experience:   I have ridden the reverse camber version of this snowboard (aka) Chillydog. It is a very fun snowboard and hasn't let me down anywhere on the mountain. Besides being a little chattery at high speeds this board is a very fun freestyle deck and can be taken anywhere you want. I would recommend this board for intermediate to advanced riders and anyone who is looking for a really fun twin.
