Youngbloods are the riders constantly pushing what can be done on a snowboard. This softer, true twin board is there to spin-on, spin-off whatever they want. -├íRaising their voices in an attempt to be heard, the Youngblood’s chaotic and loud graphics amplify what this crew has to say.

Base color may very.

  • Pros:  Fairly inexpensive, Reliability,
  • Cons:  Not great flex,

Experience:   I got this board because I was at a spending limit and it was inexpensive. I paired it with union forces and it turned out about as well as I expected. It's not a fantastic board, as it doesn't have fantastic flex or fancy features. However, despite a few chips here and there the board has fared well and has held up great.

  • Pros:  Nice flex., Buttery.,
  • Cons:  Not the strongest board., Chips in top sheet.,

Experience:   i just like to say first of all this board has been nothing but good to me for the 3 months i have had it but i would also like to say i have unfortunately broke it on the tail it is delaminating on the nose a little bit and i hit a little rock and bent the edge in and had to get it fixed lol but i could not get over the feel of this board after all that its amazing how it handles and feels flex is perfect plenty of pop over all pretty fast so i give it a 3/5 for lack of reliability

"Not my kind of board." 9/17/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Forum Youngblood Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  Base rides surprisingly fast., Holds up surprisingly well for a park board.,
  • Cons:  Sketch in steeps.,

Experience:   Note: this review is for the older, cambered 2009 Youngblood, which is still available (it's the one with the yellow base, should be on the top right of the three options). I took this out at a Forum demo day. I enjoyed this board a lot while I had it. It had a nice pop to it and was surprisingly fun railing groomer turns at speed. The biggest issue I had with it was that when I took down some quite steep terrain (Lookout Mountain in Northstar) I was very sketched. However if you were a beginner or advanced park rider looking for a solid board that'll get you through 80% of riding days, this is a solid option.
