"Decent Helmet" 8/4/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (3) No

  • Name: 2012 Giro Bevel Snowboard Helmet
  • Pros:  Durable and tough, Lightweight and comfortable, Lifetime warranty
  • Cons:  Not well ventilated, Can't remove ear pads , Goggles clip doesn't secure the goggles

Experience:   The Giro Bevel Helmet isn't the best, but it offers good protection for a decent price. The helmet looks nice, it's lightweight, comfortable, and durable. One of the problems with this helmet is that it doesn't allow you to control the ventilation, so you can't adjust how much air goes through. Also, you can't remove the ear pads and use it during the summer. Sometimes, the goggle slip off because the goggles clip doesn't secure it well. Overall, this helmet is great for beginners.

"Bevel" 8/14/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Giro Bevel Snowboard Helmet
  • Pros:  lightweight, durable,
  • Cons:  not well ventilated, a bit uncomfortable, google clip

Experience:   The helmet is safe and durable. It saved my life many times when I've fallen. It may be just me but I find it a bit uncomfortable. It hugs my ears too tight (even after I've loosened it as much as possible). By the end of the day, my ears are always sore. The helmet is not that well ventilated - it can get a bit too warm with the helmet on for long periods. All in all, it is a decent helmet. It is worth the price.

"Okay Helmet" 3/1/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Giro Bevel Snowboard Helmet
  • Pros:  Adjustability, Ventilates well,
  • Cons:  Goggle clip,

Experience:   This helmet is a very solid helmet for just the essentials. It protects your head of course and feels very comfortable. The adjustability of the helmet is great because there is a dial in the back of the helmet that allows you to tighten a built in system to keep the helmet firmly entrenched on your head. The straps could be a little longer, but thats not really too much of an issue. The main gripe i have with this helmet is the goggle clip. The goggle clip doesn't really work well at all, it might as well not even be on there. It doesn't hold the goggle in place, if i let the goggles hang from the back, it just falls right out. The clip needs a lot of work, should probably attach a button or something to keep the clip in place. It may seem like a minor nuisance to some, but trust me it becomes really annoying having to keep adjusting and looking for your goggles due to the clips inability to keep it in place. Other than that, i don't really have any gripes.

"economico con proteccion basica" 1/29/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Giro Bevel Snowboard Helmet

"Awesome Helmet!" 1/16/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Giro Bevel Snowboard Helmet
  • Pros:  Warm,
  • Cons:  Ear Pieces,

Experience:   This is a great helmet, it does what its supposed to do, protect your head. It is warm so you don't need a beanie underneath. The only complaint is that the ear pieces fall out pretty easy, but with goggles it eliminates this problem. All around a great helmet.

"Does what it's supposed to do" 12/7/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Giro Bevel Snowboard Helmet
  • Pros:  Warm, Adjustable fit,
  • Cons:  None,

Experience:   Good helmet for the price. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Had a good loook to it, not super stylish, but it's not ugly either. It also keeps my head quite warm, no need for a beanie anymore. It's got a wheel that can adjust the tightness of the fit, which is very useful as well. Overall a good buy for the price.
