Likes: I really like Giro products. I have both goggles and helmets from Giro. What I like about Giro goggles are that they offer similar style queues and just slightly inferior performance to Anon but at a lower price point, especially after the current season. Older stock is discounted much heavier than old Anon stock. They obviously don't have as wide variety of styles and fits as Anon but most value brands don't. Helmets aren't the most stylish in today's standards but perform very well. Warm, padded, and the built in ventilation options are a nice addition. They're also bit solid and extremely safe. They've saved my gf's head a number of times after bad bails. The optional visor isn't bad either.
Dislikes: They don't offer as many options in terms of lenses, especially at the retail front. I do appreciate however that many stock lens options are geared for night riding.

Likes: I own a Giro Seam 2013 and it is the lightest and most comfortable helmet i have probably ever worn. the quality of their products are unrivaled and i will never own another snowboarding helmet of another brand again. the vent systems of thier helmets are great as well since you can keep your gloves on. i have had bike helmets from them as well and are just as solid as the Seam. Try one on whenever you get a chance. you wont be disappointed.

Likes: They make high quality, very protective helmets. I've owned 3 different giro helmets, and never had a problem with any. The design fits me well, extra padding make it comfortable, and the vents give you options on hot/cold days. Also, my Smith and Oakley goggles go well with the product.
Dislikes: Not particularly fashionable.... but keeps the noggin safe.

Likes: Giro has some pretty high quality helmets. Lots of paddings makes them extremely comfortable, and proper venting makes sure your head doesn't overheat.
Dislikes: their gear is a bit on the expensive side. also all helmets are mainly black. they need a wider selection of colours

Likes: pretty form fitting for my large head with some extra space as added comfort. it doesn't seem to be shaped awkardly like pro-tec helmets (but to each his own) but otherwise, quite comfortable (snowboard and bike helmets).
Dislikes: any universal helmet they make...they're all equally uncomfortable.

Likes: Giro is a company that specializes in producing helmets whether it's for snowboarding, skiing or cycling. I've used Giro helmets for both cycling and snowboarding in the past and am very impressed with the high quality of the product as well as their company focus to create products to protect riders. I would highly recommend Giro helmets to riders of all ages and skill levels as helmets are crucial in snowboarding safety.

Likes: giro puts out several useful, while fashionable products.
Dislikes: giro goggles are set at such high prices. I don't think the amount of quality is given for the price paid. They scratch up and fog easily, and provide limited peripheral vision. I'd rather go with oakley and anon for the goggles.

Likes: I think they make really good helmets. I own the Fuse and I love two features: one the interior size of the helmet can be adjusted with great ease. This allows me to wear a skull cap on really cold days. Additionally the helmet comes with venting slits in the helmet. This adjustment is also a breeze to make on the fly. I find this to be really handy on warmer days to help my head cool down. So I would recommend any higher end helmet they make with these features.
Dislikes: Goggles. I do not think they make the greatest goggles. I own the manifest which is their most expensive goggle and I find it fogs up more than my Electrics. At first I thought they were great but now after multiple uses I think they are a notch below Electric and Oakley.

Likes: It's not just a skier brand. They are an awseome helmet that is comfy fits GREAT and definitely protects your head even their cheaper ones. I don't know how these compare to some of the other brands like protec and red but giro is great for the price and i would not switch to protec or red over my giro.

Likes: As a brand the helmets Giro makes are top notch. I ride by road bike with a Giro and the snow with a Giro and I would not look past it to anything else. Comfortable, functional and it may be slightly more expensive but its worth it. R&D input in huge and it pays off.

Likes: Giro produces Helmets, googles, sunglass. They have a good selection of products, most of tend to be very reliable. I own a helmet and a pair of goggles, and I am very pleased with the products. The helmet have a good adjustment system and is very well build. The googles are very light and very comfortable. You don't feel that annoying pressure around your noose.

Likes: I never knew about Giro products till I tried the Giro G10 helmet and fell in love. I didn't think that helmets could be so comfortable and light. The adjustment mechanism is of very high quality and stays at your preset adjustment unlike other brands.

Likes: They are known for their helmets(I have no clue on the goggles) and I've used one with no issues and have few friends that also have them. It's always important to protect head so try one on when you can.

Likes: I have a 150$ Giro helmet and i can tell you that it's worth every five dollar bill of it. It has kept me from damaging my head from major wipeouts and it is very round and can prevent you from getting mental retardation during falls. They also have a good ventilation system that allows cold air to get into you skull cap area when your hair is having a good sweat.
Dislikes: While the helmet protects me from trauma, sometimes I would like to feel pain. Perhaps the helmet is too protective. Sometimes I just want to forget about the death of my girlfriend, but things just don't go the way I want it to. It saddens me that I remember everything.
