The new Crossfire gains an additional 4 mm underfoot going to 74 mm giving it even more versatility in varied conditions with the same precision and accuracy on groomers that you have come to expect from this model. The Crossfire is the only ski in the Apache line that comes with ABS sidewall construction for the ultimate performance and hold while laying down arcs on firmer terrain.

Pros: good in powder, good on packed snow,
Cons: none,

Experience: I rented these skis once when I went to Utah and if you know Utah its all powder. I had an amazing time because this board didn't fail me at all. Did everything i wanted. I was able to hit up a double diamond run which had about 5 feet of snow and it just glided through it.
