"Adventure inside & outside the lines Whether tracking-out your hidden in-bound stashes, or ducking the ropes to harvest week-old pow, the SideStash might just be the perfect tool. As you tick off your hit list, the All Terrain shovel rocker provides both the floatation and predictability needed to flash wide open slopes, and the nimbleness required to charge tight chutes. "Pretty Friggin Good" 4/23/2011
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: K2 Sidestash Skis
  • Pros:  Sturdy, Reliable, Fast, Stable ,
  • Cons:  They can flap at high speed,

Experience:   I demo'd these skis once, and I enjoyed them for when I used these skis. I would have to say that they are stable, reliable and pretty fast. These skis are a better ski for softer style of snow, well everything above an iced- over hard pack/ crust. These are fun all mountain skis, but they are a bit heavy for any kind of park, so I would advise against that, but you can still pull it off. I had a blast using these skis, and I would definitely recommend these to any skier. Great all mountain sticks. Like I listed in the Cons section, I said they flap, and this generally occurs on an iced over run, when shooting straight down a slalom course, trying to glide on the edges. But, not everyone does that, so yeah these are amazing skis, as are almost all K2s. Happy Skiing.

"Skis for the Powder" 3/12/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: K2 Sidestash Skis
  • Pros:  Sturdy, Looks great,
  • Cons:  Heavy,

Experience:   I demoed these skis recently and I must say they a superb. Japan's snow is very powdery, and I must say these handled the conditions with style. They cut through the powder easily, and they carve well on groomed surfaces. However, I wouldn't recommend them for the park as they can be a little heavy. Overall, this is a great buy!

"Great" 11/2/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: K2 Sidestash Skis
  • Pros:  Stable at high speeds, Stiff,
  • Cons:  Heavy,

Experience:   Borrowed these skis from a friend. I'm a snowboarder but used to do a lot of skiing. These are great all-mountain skis. A bit heavy and on the stiff side, so not really recommended for park, but if that's not your thing, definitely pick these up from TruSnow
