Sierra Says: The T1 is a stiff and fully versatile high-end all-mountain freestyle boot for the advanced shredders out there. The BoaConda system provides you with the quickness of Boa lacing internally and the comfort of traditional lacing externally. Also, with a heat-moldable Intuition liner and Internal/External J-bars you will be permitted the utmost comfort and support that a boot has to offer. You will have to work your hardest to get your heels to lift out of this boot. The micro articulating cuff creates a smoother flex while not bowing out the sides of your boot so it will last and ride consistently for a longer period of time. Along with that, the lightweight and shock-resistant outsole will save you some energy and will dampen out any hard impacts you take wherever you are on the hill. Expand your horizons far and beyond with the T1.

K2 Says: Our pros have done the testing, now it?s your turn to reap the benefit of the T1. Stomp your life away with the help of our cushy Harshmellow damping system, hike back up on the no slip grip of the Vibram Super Light sole, and repeat. Do it all in the warmth and relief of the Pro-Foam 3D liner, and the customized fit of our CONDA technology.

"Good Boots" 7/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: K2 T1
  • Pros:  Stiff, BOA, sole shock absorbers
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  10.5
  • Boot Size:  10

Experience:   These are stiff, which is why I bought them. I was cranking down my bindings and laces on my other boots and realized that was not the solution. If you are cranking down, I would consider these. They are not impossibly stiff. I only weigh 145lbs and I do moguls and trees in these. They are also SUPERB for landing sketchy jumps (casing landings/landing on the flats) as the soles have great cushioning. The finish and quality of these boots is first-rate. They are solid. Seams are tough. Bought these new this year and I put a full season on them. They look almost new, no tears, barely and scuffing, no seams coming loose, no rubber peeling away. For my feet they were super comfortable after I got them heat-molded. NOTE: I tried on other boots and the only ones that fit comfortably (of the high-end stiff boots) were the Ride FUL's, and they weren't stiff enough for me.

"nice boot" 6/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: K2 T1
  • Pros:  Comfort, Boa,
  • Cons:  Only Side boa,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  11
  • Boot Size:  10

Experience:   Picked up this boot a couple of weeks ago, so far am pretty impressed, comfort level is good and fits my foot well. Only thing im a bit concerned about is that they dont seem to be THAT warm, that might just be my dodgy socks though. Much more comfortable than some of the other boots i tried though, would recommend.

"Very Responsive, bad fit.." 6/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: K2 T1
  • Pros:  Very responsive, Very light, Great quality
  • Cons:  Not tight enough, Only side boa, Too wide
  • Fit:  stiff
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  11
  • Boot Size:  10.5

Experience:   Overall these are great boots. I am slightly disappointed from the fit of these boots. It just doesn't feel tight enough, a fact that also affects the stiffness. Other than that I would extremely recomment it to anyone looking for an all mountain boot for high performance. Not recomended for beginers!

"Great boots" 11/27/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: K2 T1
  • Pros:  Boa lacing, moldable liner, very warm, Durable interior and exterior , Good sole for hiking
  • Cons:  may be a little stiff for some,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  9.5
  • Boot Size:  9

Experience:   I love these boots. They are great all around. The only complaint i have is with my burton mission binding's toe strap and this boot. The mission toe strap cups the toe rather than just go over it and the toe of this boot is not as bulky as my previous boot so i had to shorten the strap pretty far down to get a good grip. I like the inner lacing for when i want the extra support and how you can just pop the ratchet when you want to release it. If you spend all your time in the park and are looking for the something really flexible then maybe this may be a little stiff for you but if you want a good all around boot then i would check this one out.
