Helpful Review?   (3) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Lamar Cruser Snowboard
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Pros:  its smooth, low price, good for begginner
  • Cons:  cheaply made, catches edge easy, not durable

Experience:   got this board last season and been using this year, but am not happy with it. It's cheaply made and gets beat up bad. its defenintly a begginner board and is very stiff, and is not good for powder. overall, i would go with something else thats a better brand.

"ehhh ok first board" 7/16/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (2) No

  • Name: Lamar Cruser Snowboard
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Pros:  somewhat cheap,
  • Cons:  terrible edge that is splitting and dented, not that flexy, pretty bad camber

Experience:   bought this as my first board and it wasnt that bad of a beginner board. works fine on a bunny hill or other Green runs. but as soon as i hit this board on boxes it was torn apart:( doesnt hold up well. so strictly a beginner board. now its my thrasher. i dont know if it was just the board i bought or if all lamar cruisers are like that, but i would go with a different cheap board.

"pretty bad" 12/22/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Lamar Cruser Snowboard
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Pros:  budget, smooth,
  • Cons:  feel cheap, there better boards,

Experience:   I would recommend other boards out there as this board is pretty bad. The edge is not that great and it feel cheaply built. The only good thing on it is it cheap so you can build a beginner board package on the cheap. I would drop some more money and get a better package and you will not regret it.

"Beginner board" 1/7/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Lamar Cruser Snowboard
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Pros:  cost,
  • Cons:  edges, beginner board,

Experience:   This was my first board and at first it was enough for me. It did what I wanted it to when I needed it to. Now however I can really tell the difference in this board from my newer ones. I would recommend this board to beginners that either dont have a ton of cash to drop on a board or for use as a throw away board you can lend out to a friend that way it doesnt matter as much if it happens to get damaged.

"Not worth it " 12/6/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Lamar Cruser Snowboard
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Pros:  cheap price,
  • Cons:  edge doesnt hold up, easily scratched ,

Experience:   I have used this board for 3 trips and it is already beaten up. And at the lift, I was bumped and the board's topsheet split from the bottom. Overall, go with something else, but you might get by with this board if you sticked to the begginner trail.

actually this is a terrible pick for a board, just recently the base got bumpy from tapping a tree, i would not recommend this board
