"Oakley A-Frmaes" 12/3/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Won't fog, Comfortable during long days on the mountain.,
  • Cons:  I found some small imperfections in new lenses,

Experience:   Last year I got my first pair of Oakley's after hearing about how much my brother loved his Crowbars. I decided to pick up a set of used A-Frame's, I love them, they don't fog at all, they don't create a discomfort after long days or riding and they look great. One thing that I would be careful of is scratching the lenses. When I got a replacement lens there were already small but barely noticeable imperfections, on my original lenses there are some small scratches even though the goggles have been kept in the case all their life. Overall, I would say go for these goggles if you are looking for a middle priced goggle that is well worth the money. Between buying the goggles and the replacement lenses, these goggles were worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone from the casual rider to the die-hard snowboarder.

"Fire Iridium" 11/30/2011

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Great in multiple light conditions, Fits well on helmets or heads, Light and solid

Experience:   I have 2 A-Frames with Fire Iridium and Brown Iridium lenses. The brown will work on any day condition and during night shreds at Squaw. The Fire lenses are unbeatable on bluebird days. The vents and lens quality let these NEVER FOG UP. They fit my ProTec helmet like a glove. Easily adjustable and light on the face.

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  great lenses, great fit ,
  • Cons:  peripheral vision,

Experience:   Iv had these goggles for a while now. I always liked how they have so many different lenses to pick from. I wear these on cloudy days and at night with the High Intensity yellow lenses. They are comfortable. They could use a little more peripheral vision but other than that they are great. They come in many different frame colors too so they will match whatever you need to match with

"Best lens ever." 11/22/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Never fogs, Great lens for flat or low light,

Experience:   I have the High Intensity Yellow lens and before these googles I thought all googles were the same. OH NO! Such a difference. The H.I. Yellow lens makes you see when the snow is dumping and its the flatest light of the year. They are simply put amazing.

"asian friendly goggles" 10/8/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  nose bridge friendly!, wide field of view, ventilated
  • Cons:  none that i can think of...,

Experience:   even though it's asian friendly it's still worth checking out in a local store or the oakley flagship stores. if anything, the fit is quite snug and secure on my face, unlike most other goggles i've tried on. regardless, weather doesn't exactly prohibit the goggles, just the user (do research on the lenses). the lens attracts a few finger prints, especially the mirror finishes, but nothing terrible considering what they're going to be used for. the ventilation in and around the lens works PRETTY well and doesn't fog it up. haven't tried it in heavier powder days, just for that few inches of snowfall in tahoe recently. also, the goggle frames don't hinder much of my view at all!...though there's a little more of my frame visible in my field of view compared to the electric eg2.5s...otherwise, it's not a deal breaker, especially given the comfort of these goggles

ONE MORE TIDBIT. the ones i have are not asian fit, i'm assuming asian fit would have a tighter seal...this one just so happens to form the tightest seal that i know of (compared to smith, spy, electric, and bolle)
