Oakley Crowbar Snowboard Goggles Men's 2012

Price: $110.00 - $140.00

The problem with goggle straps is that they put all the pressure in one place. Crowbar is engineered with outriggers that spread it around. You'll have an evenly balanced fit with the comfort of triple-layer fleece foam that wicks away sweat during all-out sessions. Crowbar has O matter strap clips, so you can wear it with or without a helmet. This performer is made for medium to large faces.

"Awesome." 1/18/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Crowbar Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Comfortable., Good costumer service.,
  • Cons:  Nose is a little tight.,

Experience:   First of all, these are Oakleys, so you can't go wrong. No fogging, great comfort, good quality, and of course good style. I own a pair of these and love them. The lens are crystal clear and you often forget you're wearing them. To help those who are trying to decide between Crowbars, Wisdoms, and A-Frames hopefully I can help. First, the A-Frames tend to fit a medium to smaller face. They're definately the smallest of the three. Because of this they also have the least amount of peripherel vision when wearing them. However, if you're face is smaller you probably won't notice this anyways. The Crowbars and Wisdoms are made for the medium to larger faces. Both have a bigger field of view than the A-Frames but are slightly differently shaped. The Crowbars and A-frames have the typical goggle shape while the Wisdoms have more of a rounded shape towards the bottom. I find that the Crowbars fit tighter around your nose than the Wisdoms do. So if you have a bigger nose I would go with the Wisdoms. Either way, all three are great goggles, and better yet, if you order from here and they don't fit, you can send them back and change your order without any problem. These guys have GREAT customer service!

"Solid all-round goggles" 5/15/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Crowbar Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Minimal fogging, Excellent optics, Great lens selection
  • Cons:  Slightly dated styling compared to rivals,

Experience:   I've used these for 180 days so far this season and they've been great. They've fogged a little once but I was hiking at the time so they weren't getting airflow and I was sweating so I can't really fault them for that. The choice of lenses is superb with the H.I. Yellow being great for low light, the Fire Iridium being great for bluebird days, and a lot of options in between if you are looking for an all-round lens.

"Amazing" 2/29/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Crowbar Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Clarity, Comfort , The best

Experience:   The most comfortable goggles I've ever used and perfect optical clarity. I actually prefer these over the Splices because they have a more snug fit. When it comes to lens quality, Oakley is at the top for a reason. They are second to none. When I'm not experimenting with other goggles, these are my weapon of choice.

"Great Goggles, definitely worth the price" 2/21/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Crowbar Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  No Fog, Comfortable, Oakley lenses

Experience:   You get what you pay for, and after using cheap smith goggles for god knows how long, i decided to upgrade, with great results. The graphics are endless, and i believe the lenses are interchangeable if you want different tints. They're real comfy, especially for my wider face, and I have yet to have these fog up on me.

"Oakley Crowbars" 2/7/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Crowbar Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Don't fog, Excellent clarity

Experience:   I bought these in fall and have used them for four days on the snow. Mine have the persimmon lens, which was excellent on an overcast day and fine on a sunny bluebird day - definitely not too bright. My old goggles were cheap Smiths, but I've had Oakley sunglasses before, and like those the major difference with these goggles is the clarity. Really clear lenses and they haven't fogged at all, even on a sunny day when I was sweating. The fleece lining makes them comfortable on my face. I wear them under my helmet and they fit great, but I think the strap would be tight if it was fitted outside the helmet. Overall though, I'm really happy with them.

"Plutonite lenses 2nd to none. " 1/27/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Crowbar Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  HDO, Color options, Comfort
  • Cons:  None,

Experience:   These use a dual layer lens. The outer layer is oakley's patented Putonite lens technology which is optically superior to all other brands. The inner layer separated by a foam layer to reduce fog is made of highly flexible lexan. The strap has silicon beading which sticks great to your head or helmet. The color options in the crow bar is nearly endless. With the perfect fit and optics, you just cant go wrong with the crowbar. They also feature a wide price range.

"Oakley Crowbars" 1/16/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Crowbar Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Sturdy, Well Made,
  • Cons:  Airy, Fits face weird, Vision

Experience:   Was really excited to get these goggles at the beginning of the season. I have them in red with a persimmon lens. I got these to be my daily goggles for low light days since my all black Spy's weren't doing the job. They are great goggles but just 2 problems with them. I do not know if they are just mine but they are very airy and let a lot of air through at high speeds. Also they do fit a little weird about my cheek bones, this may just be my face because I always hear how great they fit for medium/large faces. Still a great goggle and the goggle I wear a majority of the time because of low light

"Crowbars = the sickness" 1/16/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Crowbar Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  comfortable, High Def Optics, wide FOV
  • Cons:  Lenses are on the expensive side, but worth it,

Experience:   These goggles are amazing, the optical quality is second to non, miles ahead of my Anon Realms. The field of vision is extremely wide, Im no longer limited on what I can see, it goes out as far as my peripheral goes. I have nothing but awesome things to say about these goggles. The only minor issue I have with these is that Oakley lenses are pretty expensive compared to like, Smith. They are pretty easy to change lenses, you can customize by changing the outriggers and straps. Overall they are an amazing goggle 10/10.
