Name: 2012 Outdoor Research Highcamp 3 Finger Snowboard Gloves Men's
Pros: better dexterity than a mit, warm, waterproof
Cons: not as dexterous as a glove,

Experience: I use this glove on the colder days when riding. It's definitely warmer than most 5 finger gloves. The advantage of this glove over my mitts is I can have much more control and dexterity. This allows for much easier binding adjustment when on the slopes. The lobster claw design is definitely worth it on those cold days.
