"A MUST HAVE" 2/15/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Ride Anthem BOA Snowboard Boots
  • Pros:  Extreme comfort , Perfect flex, Stays tight all day
  • Cons:  Rips on top easily ,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  11
  • Boot Size:  11

Experience:   Probably the best boots I have ever owned. It feels more like a hiking boot rather then a snowboarding boot. It's almost like they come pre broken in. From the ankle up it's nice and stiff, no heel slipping with this boot. From toes to ankle it bends so easy it's like being bare foot...only beter. They are super lite and will not loosen so it's perfect for hiking the park. A lot of people don't really care for the boa but I have yet to see a problem with the technology. I love that you don't need to retie your boot several times a day do to slow loosening laces. I would recommend them to anyone who wants there feet to have as good as a te as they are.

"Mad Comfy!" 11/28/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Ride Anthem BOA Snowboard Boots
  • Pros:  Fits wide feet, Fast tightening, Warm
  • Cons:  May run wider than other boots, Boa system not for everyone,
  • Fit:  stiff
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  8
  • Boot Size:  8

Experience:   I tried on dozens of boots at the local sportshop before coming across the anthems. They were the only boots to fit up to the toe without smashing the sides of my feet. They're super comfy when broken in. Try 'em before you buy 'em.

"Great Boots" 1/19/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Ride Anthem BOA Snowboard Boots
  • Pros:  Comfy, Light, Quick in and out
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10
  • Boot Size:  10

Experience:   Bought these boots at the start of the season and they've just been awesome. They're relatively light and super comfy, like having pillows on your feet for comfort. I am yet to feel any kind of pressure point from these boots. They're nice and quick to get into and out of and very simple to tighten or loosen up before a run or while on the lift compared to if you have laces. I'm not anti-laces, I just like that i can adjust my boots on the fly. The boa holds up very well and the spinner hasn't interfered with my bindings at all. The boot itself feels very protective and has a mid-flex (feels very secure). I've heard stories of the boa being stuck and people not being able to get out of the boots but it wont happen if you don't try and crank them on, cutting off circulation in your foot. Overall a great boot in my opinion.

"Hate Boa!!" 7/17/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (2) No

  • Name: Ride Anthem BOA Snowboard Boots
  • Pros:  Comfortable,
  • Cons:  Boa is terrible, I hate the boa system, needs laces or speedzone
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I wanted to give boa boots another try, so i gave these a spin. I really hate boa! I could not get the desired tightness i wanted, and the boots just felt awkward in regards to how loose or tight they were. despite that, they were comfortable. I am sure BOA works for some, but not me. I prefer burton's speedzone and similar systems over regular laces, and regular laces tenfold over BOA.
