Name: 2012 Ride LX Snowboard Bindings Men's
Pros: Metal, Sturdy Frame, no tools required for adjustment of straps
Cons: Toe strap comes apart easily, bends easily, not very reactive
Flex: soft

Experience: I have had these for this season and overall am impressed by them for their price. However, the rubber part of the toe cap has begun to easily tear. The bindings are nice because You do not need a tool in order to change the straps or calf rest.

Pros: Looks great, Decent feel, good response, aluminum base not plastic
Cons: locking mechanism on straps came loose to easy, lack of full footbed,
Flex: mid

Experience: My first set of bindings. They look great decent feel It was pretty light and good for my type if riding Just not a big fan of locks on the straps came loose too easy For the price they are good for a beginner wanting aluminum base instead of plastic In my opinion im calling them a medium flex i dont have anything stiffer or softer to compare them to.

Name: 2012 Ride LX Snowboard Bindings Men's
Pros: affordable,
Cons: no wedgie footbed, heavy,
Flex: mid

Experience: With lower end bindings from all companies, you get what you pay for. Less features, less innovation. These are missing the fullbed wedgie footbeds that are so popular across the rest of rides line. The ratchets also feel cheaper, and the straps are not that comfortable. However, Since the baseplate is thin and there is no wedgie footbeds, you basically feel like you are one with the board, which is always a good thing since many companies now design bindings with an inch of foam between you and the board. Get these if you really cannot spend the money, but otherwise look higher up in ride's offerings!
