"Good Feel, Great for Park" 9/3/2013
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Ride Rodeo Snowboard Bindings
  • Pros:  Very comfortable, good response, great flex
  • Cons:  3D grip Toe strap breaks easily, sometimes come loose ,

Experience:   This binding is a great all around binding but I found that they are most appreciated when rode in the park. I used these bindings with a ride kink. Not sure the year of the board but it was a model before they switched the kink to reverse camber. So down to the important stuff. These bindings are extremely comfortable. The Wedgie foot bed makes it easy to lap the park all day rocking a wide stance without getting sore. In the park I found that when setting up for jumps or jibs the response is exactly what I need to get me where I want to be. I liked the flex of them because I was really able to flex them to get some torque to press my board and get pop when I needed. They provide good support and cushion as well for stomping those tricks off some good sized kickers too. Finally, they are extremely easy to adjust in many different ways and you will have no trouble adjusting them to a position that fits your unique riding style. On the negative end of the spectrum I found that they came loose slightly more often than previous bindings I've used. But I have also used these more often and rode more park than with any other binding so that could be a factor. Definitely should not be a reason to push you away from them but I just want anyone to know that it could happen but there are products to help with that. And the 3D grip on the toe strap tore off from the strap in parts. This could be due to falling and sliding on ice but I didn't expect that to happen. Honestly though I feel that the 3D grip does more aesthetically than it does for practicality. I know of riders who just cut it off because its not needed. All in all these are the best pair of bindings that I have ever had the pleasure to use. They are well built and have everything that I look for in a pair of bindings. Definitely recommend these to anyone but especially to riders who frequent the park often.

"Overall pretty nice bindings." 8/12/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Ride Rodeo Snowboard Bindings
  • Pros:  Soft and flexy, yet responsive, Don't need tools to adjust, Wedgie footbeds are great
  • Cons:  Straps tend to wear down,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   These are really nice bindings for anyone who wants a binding that is forgiving and playful, yet responsive and precise. These do really well in the park and all over the mountain. The wedgie footbeds help your knees, and make the entire feel of your board more comfortable. The highbacks are soft, but still respond quickly. You don't need any tools to adjust your straps either, which is also a nice touch. I really like these bindings, and I don't have any complaints about them. I would recommend them to any park rider or anyone who rides groomers.

"Park Bindings" 3/12/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (2) No

  • Name: Ride Rodeo Snowboard Bindings
  • Pros:  Good Park Bindings, Light, Cheap
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I upgraded my Ride Agenda Board with these bindings and I must say that they are great for the park. However if you were looking for all mountain bindings, these will probably get the job done for intermediates but perhaps not for experts. Considering the price, this is a great deal and I am very happy with my purchase (although I got it second hand)

"Ride can do better" 2/1/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Ride Rodeo Snowboard Bindings
  • Pros:  lightweight, aluminum, great toe strap
  • Cons:  poor constuction quality, cheap flimsy ratchets, not very smooth gliding buckles
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I bought these bindings from my local board shop and i was happy with them for the most part. but the ratchets are so flimsy and cheap that i snaped one the first day of riding. also the buckles dont come undone very easily when there is snow on them, by that i mean that i really have to yank on them to come undone.
