If so, then the Madison from Rome is designed just for you. With all kinds of tech and upgrades this year, the Madison continues to be a more useful accessory then an oversized purse.

Rome Says: Ergonomically contoured to match the biomechanics of women riders,
the Madison has always been MFR’s choice for the support where she needs it for control and the flexibility where she wants it for the freedom of freestyle. For a woman like her that kills it on rails, park jumps and backcountry powder, this is the binding that meets the demands she places on product. Like the 390 and Targa, the 2011 Madison has been heavily upgraded with the new V-Rod Baseplate for a more advanced combination of direct power and tweakable feel.

Pros: Comfortable, Mid-weight, Mid-flex
Cons: Wish it offered a cantbed choice like the Boss,
Flex: mid

Experience: After riding the Rome 390 Boss bindings, I was slightly disappointed in the Madison. It's still an amazing binding, and was very comfortable to ride, but I think Rome missed a serious opportunity to make a Boss version with the cantbeds. for anyone considering these, you might want to pick up the 390 Bosses instead (just size down ladies!)

I heard from someone that the boss isn't being offered in women's bindings b/c the tech isn't compatible with women's hips and their lower center of gravity.

Pros: Comfy, Good colour match, Easily adjustable to your boot!!
Cons: Toe strap needed adjusting every now and then,

Experience: I rode these with some other set ups in 2010 with my Flow Myriad. I first picked em up because of the colour match (couldn't resist!) and they ended up being one of the best bindings Ive used so far!! Also lent this setup to a friend who is learning and hey adapted to them really fast!

Pros: durable, flexible,
Cons: got pressure points from toe straps after ages,
Flex: soft

Experience: I bought a pair of the Madison's a few years ago and loved them! I really like how you can adjust pretty much every piece of this binding to fit your foot perfectly. The only thing I didn't like about these bindings was once I'd had them for a few seasons the toe straps stretched and I started getting pressure points under the ratchets.
