Likes: I own a sapient bike. Its the lumino pro that i had bought last year. It looks good. The warranty program is actually really good. I broke my bottom bracket called and within a week got a brand new one.
Dislikes: The ting i hate about this bike is that it breaks so easily. I broke my bottom bracket in less than one month. I was really dissapointed. I got another one on warranty and the chain falls off all the time when im riding. I always have to put it back on and it gets really annoying. The most annoying part is when your pedaling and the chain falls off and you slam your knees on the handlebars. Ah thats the worst feeling.
