"Baggy jeans!" 8/18/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Sessions Distortion Loose Fit Denim
  • Pros:  Baggy, Water resistant,
  • Cons:  Lame drawstring,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Baggy

Experience:   These are so cool look just look you kicking around in a pair of baggy jeans, they are really good for wet weather, blocking out the water very well, their not the warmest but I never get cold legs so it doesn't worry me, as stated below the draw string is very lame but I just pulled mine out and throw on a belt, no problems!

"Like Your Favorite Pair of Levi's" 5/1/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Sessions Distortion Loose Fit Denim
  • Pros:  Just like Denim!,
  • Cons:  Waist String is kinda corny,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  More Baggy Than Expected

Experience:   I was shocked at how much these look and feel like your everyday pair of jeans. The fade, the seam stitching, the pockets even the fly and button. Pretty cool. I got on these for the steeze and was already well aware that there aren't many pockets at all, so if pockets are a must have for you, then you must pass on these. My only complaint on them is the draw string. I get medium pants because I have long legs for my height but I'm forced to use whatever device to tighten the slack in the waist. The draw string on these is kinda flimsy and throws of the style of the pant... I'm opting for a belt. A layer will definitely be necessary under these for some warmth. Lastly if you can't decide between these and the Sessions Escalade Baggy Fit, I'll just say that these are PLENTY baggy. I can't even imagine what the baggy fit look like...

"Sick Denims" 4/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Sessions Distortion Loose Fit Denim
  • Pros:  Denim, Rocco avalanche system,
  • Cons:  Not a lot of pockets, Waist doesn't adjust,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Great fit, nice and relaxed. Got the medium for a relaxed fit, large for a baggy fit.

Experience:   Sick denim boarding pants. A little cold but doesn't have a high warmth rating, but all you gotta do is put on a base layer and you'll be fine. Not a lot of pockets, but I don't really like to but stuff in my pant pockets because falling on your keys sucks.

"Sessions, with an extra helping of steeze" 11/29/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Sessions Distortion Loose Fit Denim
  • Pros:  Denim outer to resist tears, Good amount of pockets, Warm
  • Cons:  They're stiff before you ride a few days, People randomly touch your legs,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  The pant is loose fitting around the thighs and calves, with a good fit around the waist

Experience:   So I picked these up for the current season of riding and couldn't be happier. I ordered the pants in Large, which fit well from the beginning, but I do need to use the drawstring or a belt to keep them tight to my waist. The fit was loose and easy to move in, but the denim was kind of stiff. However, once I got a few runs in that went away. My first few days of the season were at Killington Resort in VT, on man made. The terrain was hard packed and icy, with a sandpaper like quality since it was all man made. After getting my few under me, I started getting more aggressive with my ground tricks and began sliding out a lot more. Where other pants may have torn or shown wear, you can't see a thing on these. Also, when the wind was blowing and it felt like 5 degrees, my legs didn't feel it thanks to these pants. Recommended for anyone.

"Jeans for snow. What more could you ask for?" 10/26/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Sessions Distortion Loose Fit Denim
  • Pros:  Waterproof, Very warm inner lining, vent pockets
  • Cons:  Drawstring is ok., NEED A BELT!!!!,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  BAGGY!!! Full of Style points!!!

Experience:   This is by far my favorite pants ever made. I was looking for a jean look snow pants for a while. These also have a very warm inner liner so you don't need thermals. When it gets too hot on those sunny days, just open the vent pockets and the cool breeze flows very well throughout the entire pants. With a belt, you can sag these just like your real jeans and you don't have to worry about them falling off, disregard the drawstring feature. Also, the material of the outside feels like real jeans, not some fake print on. The quality is definately top notch and throughout the whole day, it never let any water soak through.

"Venom Denim" 5/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Sessions Distortion Loose Fit Denim
  • Pros:  Great material and workmanship,
  • Cons:  Sizing chart is inaccurate, Needs more pockets,
  • Pant Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Haven't worn pants this big since the New Jack Era i.e. Cross Colours!

Experience:   At first glance, I was very impressed with the quality of these pants. Material and overall manufacture of these pants are like my pair of AUD$300 jeans. The quality of the denim, the craftsmanship in the stitching were all pluses for me. The real downside is the inaccurate sizing guide and description. I wear M (33 waist) jeans and this fits like a L (36 to 38)Baggy fit. Luckily my skins and tailsaver fill up some of the excess around the waist, but I do have to wear a belt with these pants. I'd recommend a size smaller than your usual size, and if you're looking for something more like a regular fit than these are your pants... Great buy if these fit right though... I'll have to make do and pay the consequences of ordering clothing online... Will re-review when I test these pants in Aussie conditions..

"Blue Jeans, baby!" 4/26/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Sessions Distortion Loose Fit Denim
  • Pros:  Keeps you dry, Looks like jeans, Comfortable
  • Cons:  Low warmth rating, No 5th pocket,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  S
  • Fits Like:  S

Experience:   These pants are perfect for what I bought them for...the jeans look. They fit quite well, and definitely had no problem keeping me dry, even on a very slushy day. With a warmth rating of 2, you know you will need a base layer on cold days, but at the same time, on warm days you're good to go! My only wish is that they had at least one extra pocket besides the front/back. I like having an extra pocket on the leg.
