"Careful with the size" 5/4/2010
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Sessions Thermatics Hybrid Clava Top
  • Pros:  good quality, price (on sale), warm
  • Cons:  narrow back, neck is too small,
  • Fit:  Too small
  • My Size:  S
  • Fits Like:  XS
  • Description:  It is just right but the back is too narrow - pressures underarms

Experience:   Overall good thermal. I was a little disappointed with fit but I guess it is just me not getting the right size. 1. It is just right but the back is too narrow - pressures underarms 2. Neck is too tight

"Great thermal" 8/19/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Sessions Thermatics Hybrid Clava Top
  • Pros:  nice hoody , got holes for thumb,
  • Cons:  size feels smaller the the lable says,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  fits just right but feels a bit smaller than the size suggests

Experience:   a very nice thermal, i usialy wear large size thermals and they are usually loose to tight on me, but this large feels like medium so people need the be carefull when they select size i was lucky my friend had one of those so tried his one on. fits very tight but does not impact the ability or freedom to move. i wear it under my impact jacket which i ware under my snow jacket and it is very conphy. the holes for thumbs realy help a lot you dont need to adjust the sleeves they stay right where they should be. the hoody is perfect i love it i wear a helmet and it is perfect for the helmet as you do not need to wear a beany or any other hat if the weather is too cold. ovearall a great termal for those who dont like hats and beanies as well as for those who just like to keep warm. oh year and i love that logo they riped off of old soviet quality sign which looks very similar to the logo of this thermals bt that is not important, again great thermals i recommend all to have it if not to skiing its very comfy to sleep in)

"Why dont more companies make these??" 7/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Sessions Thermatics Hybrid Clava Top
  • Pros:  warm, the wrist gaiters/thumb holes,

Experience:   like others have mentioned it may run a tad tight, but then again its a thermal and you dont really want it to be baggy. i love this thing, primarily for the longer sleeves with the thumb holes. When i shop for jackets ive always ONLY considered jackets with wrist gaiters because i hate snow getting in my sleeves/under my gloves. Unfortunately not every jacket has wrist gaiters (this baffles me because its such an easy thing to include but whatever), but if you got one of these here thermals then you can buy whatever jacket you want and still be snow-free under your sleeves. the built in clava is nice too, and even if you dont wear it it still provides good neck protection from the cold. all around a great buy for 25 bucks

"Tight fit aruond the neck" 5/3/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (3) No

  • Name: Sessions Thermatics Hybrid Clava Top
  • Pros:  Nice smooth thermal material, Keeps you warm. , Clava is thin but useful
  • Cons:  Tight around the neck,

Experience:   Fit and material were fantastic as you can expect from Sessions. Perhaps I'm sensitive in that region, but I felt the clava was a bit tight fitting around the neck. But I'm the type of guy who wears business shirts and ties. Might have been better if you ordered a size up, but I prefer not to swim in my thermals especially the base layer.

  • Pros:  Cool design, Great hoodie and holes for thumb, Sleeve length for tall people
  • Cons:  Tight around the neck,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  6'2 and large fits nicely, a little tight though

  • Name: Sessions Thermatics Hybrid Clava Top
  • Pros:  Comfort, breathability and dry,

Experience:   This shirt would be good for your second layer on colder days and only layer on warmer days. Not too tight of a fit, although tighter then expected.

"Nice integrated thin clava" 4/18/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Sessions Thermatics Hybrid Clava Top
  • Pros:  warm thermal, integrated clava, thumb holes
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M

Experience:   The material in this sessions shirt feels just a bit thicker and softer than the diffusion crew. Will work great as a base layer with integrated clava for windy days.
