"Great for Shreading" 4/27/2012
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (3) No

  • Name: 2011 Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  Good quality, Decent Bass, Built-in Microphone
  • Cons:  Broke Easy,

Experience:   When ever I used to go to the mountain, I would wear my skullcandy ear buds and I found my self becoming really uncomfortable wearing them. I talked to my friend about it and he suggested these to me, and since I bought them, I have never returned to ear buds for shreading. They have good sound quality and decent bass to them which is perfect for dubstep. I also realy enjoy the built-in microphone that they have. I would recommend these to just about anyone that is looking for headphones to wear while at the mountain.

"Awesome headphones!" 12/1/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  Look slick , Very light, Fit perfect
  • Cons:  Sound quality isn't the best,

Experience:   These headphones are perfect for shredding! The fit is nearly perfect and they look great. The black and white matches my Spy goggles perfectly. They are also extremely light weight which is perfect for in the park, I can barely even tell that they're on. The only con is that the sound quality isn't the best , but that isn't too much of an issue because I just need to listen to something while I ride, and these do the trick! These headphones are perfect for any type of rider and are definitely worth the cash!

"awesome headphones " 10/19/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  great sound,

Experience:   I love the headphones because they look awesome and the sound is really good. I dont usually like to listen to music when i ride because i want to talk with my friends, if you like that then get them because they dont block the sounds from the outside world. all in all they are great for riding.

  • Name: Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  color, cheap, style
  • Cons:  breaks easily, dont good for riding,

Experience:   Its average because its somewhat cheap and it can be broken easily. I dont recommend it while riding because it falls off while i ride. The audio is all right and its cheap.

"great headphones" 1/9/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  lightweight, good sound, great looking
  • Cons:  bad fit,

Experience:   I love these headphones. They are very VERY lightweight, when i go snowboarding i forget they are on my head(besides the fact that music is playing). I use these for snowboarding, school, casual wear, and even skateboarding. The only thing about these great headphones is that without a beanie underneath, the fitting is a bit off but then again, it might just be me. i love these headphones. if you are reading this and contemplating getting these, get them.

"average headphones" 5/22/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  lightweight, decent sound,
  • Cons:  cheap,

Experience:   I got these headphones for free with the purchase of a new snowboard. the sound is good, and unlike earbuds, you can hear people talk who are around you while shredding. these headphones feels very cheap and will probably break upon falling.

"Solid for the Money" 2/7/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  Good Sound, Looks Tight,
  • Cons:  Lacks Bass,

Experience:   Bought these headphones to go with some goggles I bought. Overall, I really like them. They are plenty loud, and have been really durable so far. My only complaint is that they lack bass in the headphones. Otherwise, these are a great buy!!

"Good enough" 9/6/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  looks good, slim design,
  • Cons:  sound isn't that great,

Experience:   I got this headphone as a combo package with my goggles. It sounds ok. Bass is decent it doesn't really go that low but it is loud enough. The Mids and Highs aren't that great either, but it was free so I can't complain. It looks pretty cool so it adds style points first the sound is ok but when you are riding it's good enough.

"great headphones" 4/18/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  stylish, quality, comfortable
  • Cons:  could be more secure,

Experience:   These headphones have quality sound and they look good too. the only problem i have with them is they could be a bit tighter on my head. If im riding with them they wont stay on that well unless im wearing over a beanie. For use outside of snowboarding they are perfect, i especially like them just because they sit on your ears i hate headphones you need to put in your ears. These have never made my ears sore even after using them for extended periods of time
