Ink adds permanence. It forces the visual representation of an idea, concept, ideal or experience, and tangibly commemorates it. Like a tattoo, graffiti, or stretch marks. Until you're really ready to commit, go with the INK'D ear buds. Big sound, little price, no visible scarring.

"Not Worth it" 10/30/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  Decent Sound, Fit Fine,
  • Cons:  Break Very Easy, Short out at Input End,

Experience:   Ive owned 3 pairs of these headphones (gifts from Christmas usually) and every single time they short out on the input side or the wire has torn on one of the buds. They do have decent sound for their price which is nice but their lack of build quality really isnt worth it. I ended up buying some lower end walmart buds and they have yet to break in a year.

"Affordable Sound" 10/2/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (2) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  Affordable, Sounds decent,
  • Cons:  durability, limited,

Experience:   For the price, these headphones sound pretty good. But I've had problems with them breaking or shorting out quickly. I've had a few pairs and they maybe last a month on average. Also they don't have a controller or microphone, but they are pretty inexpensive so you can't expect too much.

"skullcandy.. ehhh" 1/16/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  great sound, cool look, big selction
  • Cons:  wear easily,

Experience:   theres a big rave about these skullcandy earbuds so i went out a got a pair and found my self needing a new pair after a few weeks of use... just like and other earbuds.. these wear out the rubber becomes weak and the fall out of your ears very easily the annoyance of that alone leaves me buying solid earbuds that cant wear so eaily as i use them daily.....

"break pretty easily" 12/9/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  good sound, fit snugly,
  • Cons:  not durable,

Experience:   I had a pair of these headphones for about a year. When they work, they work fine, great sound and noise cancellation. However, the wiring is very cheap and one of the buds just stopped working suddenly. I've heard this is a common problem with Skullcandy so beware.

"decent earphones" 3/3/2013
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  loud sound, sound isolation, affordable
  • Cons:  weak bass,

Experience:   These are your typical skullcandy earphones, where the quality of the earphones are not amazing, but not terrible either. The bass on these is weaker than many of the earphones I have owned. However, they isolate the sound really nicely and can really put you in another world while snowboarding. For the price point, I think this is a reasonable product. Did I mention how loud these things can get?

"For what they're worth" 2/5/2013
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  Cheap as chips, stylish,
  • Cons:  Will fall apart after short amount of use, Uncomfortable, Break too easy

Experience:   So I bought these earbuds a while ago thinking oh they're nice and cheap and my friends all rage about Skull candy. And at first I loved them. But after every day use the quality of the sound that I was getting just got poorer and poorer. Till eventually one earbud stopped working. This was three months after the purchase date. For being so cheap they are good. But don't expect them to last you very long.

"Good Phones" 12/8/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  Stays in the ear, LOUD!,
  • Cons:  Sometimes frays,

Experience:   So i just got these in yesterday, but have had over 20 pairs of skull candy Inkd headphones in the past. I must say they are super loud i dont even need to turn my laptop or iphone up halfway and my ears are ringing. They also stay in the ears pretty nice went for a nice jog in the snow/rain yesterday they stayed in fine didnt touch them once! Cant wait to use them in the gym. I have noticed in the other pairs ive had over the years if you wrap them around your ipod or phone they like to fray at the input plug. So i just wrap them around my hand and then put them away separately so this doesnt happen i hope that this pair lasts me over a year. Also be careful with the rubber pieces that go in your ears they like to pop off and sometimes can be hard to find... Just something to be aware of hope this helps you guys make a good purchase!

"Good Sound Cheap Quality" 11/25/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  Decent sound quality,
  • Cons:  Ear buds falls off,

Experience:   I got this for work and it was on sale for $7. At first, these were great. Treble was great, bass was decent. Fit nicely and snug in my ears. Sound quality slowly went away after 6 months (maybe faulty connector?) After about a couple of months, the ear buds would collect oil (in my ear? but I have dry ears, w/e) and the buds would come off of the head phones when I pull them out. This causes a loud popping sensation because of the suction the ear buds produced. This happens a lot actually and I end up digging my fingers in the ears to get the ear buds out. I would only buy them again if they're $5 or cheaper.

"Good headphones for price" 7/25/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  Good sound, Price, decent noise cancellation for low tech
  • Cons:  No mic,

Experience:   I like having a stash of low priced headphones around, as I tend to treat them poorly. This headphone outperforms most all at this price point. The sound is good, and they are comfortable. If your usage is casual and you don't want to buy beats by dre, throw away your iphone buds and get these.
