"smoked out" 3/10/2013
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Smokin' Buds Earbud Headphones
  • Pros:  decent sound quality, flat cord, trackcord track change/play&pause-inline
  • Cons:  no volume control on the inline controller, kept falling out,

Experience:   for the price they aren't bad, but could be better. my major problem w/ them is they kept falling out, even w/ the interchangeable rubbers. the sound quality is fair but the bass could be a bit deeper. I did really like the flat wire that kept them from getting all tangled up and came w/ a lil plastic case for them. if u have the extra $25-30 I would suggest the skull candy Titan buds. better sound quality, great bass, and overall better fit and quality.

"Good for some stuff but not for others" 9/27/2012
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Smokin' Buds Earbud Headphones
  • Pros:  Decent Sound, Comfotable,
  • Cons:  Hurt when its cold,

Experience:   These headphones where awesome to wear to the gym and just around they got the job done and had pretty good sound for what they are. But when i wore them snowboarding i had all sorts of problems. They wouldnt stay in my ears and if they did they hurt my ears. Once i got another pair of head phones it didnt happen but for some reason these head phones hurt my ears. Overall they are really good head phones for everyday use, just using them in cold weather can get annoying. I would recommend them for daily use but not winter use.

"Not Impressed" 9/18/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Smokin' Buds Earbud Headphones
  • Pros:  None,
  • Cons:  Falls out of Ear Constantly, Sound Quality,

Experience:   Bought these to workout and to just trek to classes and back and they never seemed to want to stay in my ear. The sound quality was not impressive at all. Don't recommend these if you wanna do activities with them...

"great earbuds, but not for sports" 2/12/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Smokin' Buds Earbud Headphones
  • Pros:  good sounds, eliminates background noise, don't break easily
  • Cons:  fall out of ear easily,

Experience:   these are great earbuds and i was very happy with them. The sound is very good and the design is great. i often discover new instruments in songs when i listen to these earbuds.l However, the problem is that they fall out of your ear very easily, which is very annoying during sports or when you are busy. I have tried some different buds on the speakers, but that didn't do the trick. So if you are looking for earbuds to use on the slope or while working out, you should not buy these. But if you want to use them in the car or on the bike or just at home, they are a very good choice.

"ups and downs" 2/5/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: Skullcandy Smokin' Buds Earbud Headphones
  • Pros:  nice bass, cool look, affordable and go on sale alot
  • Cons:  not a strong wire,

Experience:   these are pretty dope looking i have the rasta ones. they have a decent amount of bass but the chord is not very strong. after about 5 months of using them one ear started working when it wanted to. then i realized something was loose in the chord and after about another 2 or 3 weeks they stopped working in general. im not sure if they have changed this problem or not but i would get vmoda bass freq if were looking for some dank headphones but these for the price arent bad.
